AXIOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE DESIGN AND SURVEY PRACTICE OF FUTURE ARCHITECTS [№ 2 ' 2024]
Modern higher education is aimed at preparing a competency-based specialist, competitive, value-oriented, capable of self-development, designing his professional future and life path. The study reveals the role of the axiological approach to the design and survey practice of architecture students, which contributes to the formation of their universal competencies with value content. Particular attention is paid to the project method used during practical research on the study of architectural monuments of Orenburg, aimed at developing independence, creativity, and creative activity in students. The characteristics of the main stages of project activity are given: preparatory, main (functional), final. The novelty of the work lies in the study of the relationship between the axiological approach and the design method in the context of competency-based training of future architects. A table is presented with universal competencies and their value content, stages of project activity, during which the formation of these competencies in an architecture student occurs. A conclusion is drawn about the importance of the axiological approach, which promotes a value-based attitude towards design activities, the formation of universal competencies, life priorities and the professional development of future architects.

PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AXIOLOGICAL POTENTIAL OF THE FUTURE ARCHITECT [№ 1 ' 2024]
Technologization of the learning process has become a sign of the times, and this is connected not only with the use of electronic resources, but also with attempts to manage the educational process in a technological way. Modern trends in the development of higher education are designed to respond to the demands and challenges of the time and are characterized by a transition to a new qualitative level, based on increased attention to the problems of humanization and self-realization of the personality of students, the effective solution of which is possible with the use of pedagogical technology. Based on theoretical scientific and methodological research, we developed and theoretically substantiated the author’s pedagogical technology for developing the axiological potential of the personality of future architects, which we considered as a systematic and consistent process of goal setting, design, organization and conduct of educational activities aimed at a guaranteed result. The structural model is presented in the form of four interconnected blocks: conceptual-methodological, value-content, orientation-process, result-analytic. The scientific basis of the technology is the axiological theory of personality orientation in the world of education; the methodological component includes principles, approaches and requirements (criteria) for the technology. The value-content block indicates the subject level of technology, based on the study of the discipline of art history from the perspective of the axiology of education. The orientation-procedural block reflects the organization of the educational process, a set of value-oriented methods, the mechanism and stages of orientation to values. The last block includes such elements as diagnostics, levels, criteria, indicators that allow you to analyze and adjust the course of the educational process aimed at achieving the goal and evaluate the result obtained. The approbation of this technology in experimental work has shown its effectiveness, since the predicted result was achieved: the dynamics of the development of the components of the axiological potential. Conclusion: theoretical and methodological studies of this technology can be used in pedagogical science and in educational practice.

SOME FEATURES OF THE ART NOUVEAU IN ORENBURG [№ 5 ' 2014]
We considered the architectural heritage of Orenburg turn of the early XX century. It was studied the buildings in the art Nouveau style, which was a priority style during this period. It is established, that the most part of the buildings in the historical center were built in this style. It was revealed the characteristic features of the art Nouveau in the Orenburg's architecture.
