Izmailov A.S., Kotsur T.V. ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE DIODE LASER (0.8 μ M) IN THE MODES OF COAGULATION AND MICROPATHOLOGICAL WHEN RUNANALYSIS THE PARAMETERS OF THE EFFECT IN THE TREATMENT OF DIABETIC MACULAR EDEMA [№ 12 ' 2015] Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the leading position among other causes of blindness in the population of economically developed countries, however, the main cause of disability in diabetes is diabetic it may (DM). The effectiveness of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of DM was confirmed during a multicenter randomized study Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study (ETDRS) and currently, laser photocoagulation is the standard treatment of diabetic macular edema. However, the application of coagulation is associated with postcompletion atrophy membranes of the ocular fundus and a decrease in the sensitivity of the retina. The current standard for treatment of diabetic macular edema is laser photocoagulation in the macula, the effectiveness of which was confirmed during a multicenter study. Sub-threshold (MicroPulse) leads to the appearance of badly visible or invisible burns of the retina and is also proven effective in the treatment of diabetic macular edema if there is no Wii side effects inherent in the ETDRS method (atrophy of the pigmention of the epithelium and choroid, reducing the sensitivity of the retina). The effectiveness of micropathological may be increased when a more dense application of laser applications, however, in the modern literature is devoted to this question a few publications.
Doga A.V., Ismailova S.B., Branchevskaya E.S. FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH "MICROSCAN VISUM" EXCIMER LASER FOR REFRACTIVE CORRECTION AFTER COLLAGEN CROSS-LINKING IN KERATOCONUS PATIENTS [№ 4 ' 2013] The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of topography-guided PRK with "Microscan Visum" excimer laser after collagen cross-linking in keratoconus patients. 22 patients had topography-guided PRK performed 10-12 months after collagen cross-linking. Improvement of uncorrected and best corrected visual acuity was observed and all patients were satisfied with achieved results.
Kotsur T.V., Izmaylov A.S. ANALYSIS OF LASER COAGULATION EFFICIENCY IN MACULA AND MICROPHOTOCOAGULATION OF HIGH DENSITY IN DIABETIC MACULOPATHY TREATMENT [№ 4 ' 2013] The modern standard of treatment of clinically significant diabetic macular edema is macular laser photocoagulation was suggested in the reports of the Early Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy Study (ETDRS, 1985–1990). Subthreshold microphotocoagulation (MicroPulse) leads to developing barely visible or invisible retinal burns and also has been shown to be effective in treating macular edema with no side effects comparing with ETDRS methodic (retinal pigment and choroidal atrophy, decreasing of retinal sensitivity). Effectiveness of microphotocoagulation may arise in high density laser applications, however in modern literature rare publications concerning this question exist.
Ulitina A.Yu., Izmaylov A.S. ESTIMATION OF HOROID THICKNESS AT AGE-RELATED MACULAR DEGENERATION [№ 4 ' 2013] To examine horoidal thickness in eyes with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) using enhanced-depth imagine optical coherence tomography. Subfoveal choroidal thickness of eyes with early and exudative AMD was thinner than that of age-matched normal subjects. There was no significant difference in choroidal thickness between groups with early and exudative AMD.
Kotsur T.V., Izmaylov A.S. COMPARATIVE ESTIMATION OF LASER COAGULATION EFFICIENCY IN MACULAR AND MICROPHOTOCOAGULATION OF HIGH DENSITY IN DIABETIC MACULOPATHY TREATMENT [№ 12 ' 2012] The modern standard of treatment of clinically significant diabetic macular edema is macular laser photocoagulation was suggested in the reports of the Early Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy Study (ETDRS, 1985-1990). Ulitina A.Yu., Izmaylov A.S. DIFFERENCES IN RESPONSES AT CHOROID NEOVASCULAR MEMBRANES TREATMENT BY RANIBIZUMAB AT WET AGE-RELATED MACULAR DEGENERATION [№ 12 ' 2012] Provided comparative assessment of efficacy of treatment with intravitreal ranibizumab in exudative age related macular degeneration (AMD) depending on the types of choroidal neovascularization (CNV). Predominantly classic CNV has more high treatment density, then occult CNV. In cases of occult CNV are necessary more injections. The results of treatment are worse if patient non-observance recommendation. Absence of state support in respect to patient with exudative AMD is negative factor in functional results of treatment, especially in cases of occult CNV.
Izmailova A.S. VARIANTS, FEATURES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE METALLURGICAL ENTERPRISE AS A PART OF HOLDING [№ 13 ' 2011] Theoretical aspects of an investment policy of the enterprise are investigated. Its maintenance and variants depending on stages of development of control systems are defined by the industrial enterprises. Features are revealed and principles of an investment policy of the metallurgical enterprise as a part of holding are allocated
