Inozemtseva N.V. STUDENT’S READING EXPERIENCE FORMATION IN THE INFORMATION EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT [№ 3 ' 2022] The information space has “absorbed” Russian students, leaving them no time to read books and enrich their inner world and expand their knowledge. It is this factor that contributes to the decline of the cultural prestige of reading as a necessary source of important information. The steady decline of motivation to read among students, and, consequently, the deficit of knowledge, information, lack of reading experience, which is essential in the life of every person, has become quite urgent. For several years this issue worries not only teachers, librarians, but also parents. However, modern means of computerization, or rather their rational use in the educational process can help solve this problem. The purpose of this study is to consider the main reasons for the low level of formation of the students’ reading experience in the modern educational environment, as well as to identify possible ways of formation of the students’ reading experience in Russia. In theoretical research the analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources and opinions of experts engaged in research in this area allowed to define “reading experience” as “a phenomenon of individual and universal (mass), in general terms, correlated with the reading culture of society. During the survey among 1—2 year students of the Faculty of Philology (Russian and Foreign Philology) at Orenburg State University, it was found that reading has not lost its importance and is an important component of the life of a student of philology in the educational process. Thus, the main reasons for the low level of formation of students’ reading experience in the modern educational environment were identified: lack of professional staff, traditional approach to teaching reading, immersion of teenagers in the Internet and social networks. It was also found that the formation of the student’s reading experience is possible in the modern conditions of the educational space due to the national projects and activities aimed at maintaining an interest in reading, modern information technology, the revival of libraries and rational use of modern information technology, which is a component of the information space of the educational institution, as well as personal example of parents and the work of professionally trained personnel (librarians).
Inozemtseva N.V., Yovkova N.N. MODERN INTERNET RESOURCES AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS AS A MEANS OF MOTIVATING STUDENTS TO LEARN CHINESE [№ 2 ' 2022] Digitalization affects all sectors of human activity, and education is not left aside. Internet technologies influence the educational process, offering more efficient and modern methods of teaching than traditional ones. The traditional model of language learning needs to be updated in the context of digitalization. It is necessary to clearly understand how to use Internet resources in language learning to achieve high results. The purpose of our study was to consider the Internet resources and mobile applications for learning Chinese, which help to increase the motivation of students, offering them a variety of modern tasks, as well as immersion in the atmosphere of foreign language communication. Among the reviewed resources we have identified the most effective one’s: applications, cards, reference books, online dictionaries. Also, all the resources are systematized according to the type of speech activity. We have conducted a survey among the students of the Faculty of Philology, studying the language as a second foreign language. The students of the 2-4th year of education have selected the most effective, in their opinion, mobile applications that they use while studying Chinese: “Pleco”, “ChineseSkill”, “Quizlet”. We note that the students’ use of Internet resources contributes to its better assimilation and facilitates the process of memorization. Thus, the study shows that the positive effect of using the currently existing modern Internet resources and mobile applications for the study of the Chinese language is manifested in the high level of motivation of students to learn the language, as well as in the successful mastery of the language material.

Inozemtseva N.V., Verzhinskaya I.V. STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF SUMMARIES OF SCIENTIFIC AND METHODICAL ARTICLES [№ 6 ' 2016] This research paper is a parameter of the author activity. It should contain brief, but the sufficient report for understanding the research and objective discussion of its result. The scientific publication shows work of the author to the broad audience of the scientists, who are engaged in the given area of research. As to methodical publications it is necessary to note their constructive character. Both scientific, and methodical articles have similar structure, however the publication anticipates either the summary, or the abstract-text, everything depends on a genre of work. The body of the sample formed base for our research, including summaries of articles published in English-speaking magazines which are intended for theorists and experts in the field of training to English language as foreign. Results of the research show, that the structure of the research paper includes the summary which is its important component. It may contain from 50 up to 400 words depending on complexity of a material and requirements of specific magazine. However, the methodical edition is accompanied by the abstract-text which according to many linguists is considered as a synonym to the term "resume" (articles) and English "abstract". Though the given research denies this point of view.
Inozemtseva N.V. THE FUNCTIONAL PECULIARITIES OF THE NEWSPAPER ARTICLE TITLES IN THE ENGLISH NEWSPAPER DISCOURSE [№ 11 ' 2015] Newspaper discourse more often becomes the object of modern philological papers, as research of originality of the regarded discursive space organization in the philological practice causes an enhanceable interest of linguists, because an address to newspaper work allows the extension and completion of the cognitive paradigm of modern newspaper discourse. The corps of the English texts of the newspaper discourse served as the material of this research, namely the titles of the English articles presented in the British and the American newspapers "The Guardian", "The Times", "New York Times, "The Wall Street Journal", "USA Today", that differ in original semantic potential, in non-standard formation and in a large variety of nominative constituents. The important problem at title studying is to define its functions. This question becomes more actual because to give the exact definition of the concept "title" is possible only on the basis of a full classification of its functions. But thus linguists do not give a precise definition of title functions in majority of works, sometimes they mix functions with the means of their expression or they unite some different functions in one. The results of the research define the basic functions that are typical for newspaper titles. They are informative and influencing functions. However, minor functions are also marked: graphically-defined, advertising and estimated. So, the newspaper title is a communicative unit, it briefly informs the reader on a content of a newspaper material, it informs of its value, character and a degree of importance of the events which have reflected on the pages of the newspaper. Such characteristics of a newspaper discourse as informativeness and the force of influence are clearly expressed in the titles of the newspaper article.
