Il’ina L.E., Moldagaliev A.N. MEDIEVAL BESTIARY AS AN ESSAY CONTAINING EXAMPLES OF MORAL BEHAVIOR [№ 4 ' 2021] Our research presents a brief overview of the Greek tractate Physiologus and its translation into Latin, as well as Bestiary. The purpose of the tractate was the need in education of the younger generation in the Christian way. It is important to note that both Physiologus and Bestiary contained articles about animals that served as an archetype of Christ. People’s views on the reality that surrounded them had been changing over time. The authors emphasize the importance of Bestiary and point out that such works, which successfully combine theological, natural science and mystical articles, became a kind of means to restrain a person from self-destruction, showing them examples of moral behavior. In the Middle Ages, Bestiary was such an instrument that gave life-affirming examples and kept people from self-destruction. The presence of animals’ nature description can be considered as a kind of message from Nature to the mankind, a message which purpose was to remind people of their place in this world. Until the 17th century, poets, writers and artists turned to the unique contents of Bestiary. The authors note that people usually find in the behavior of animals what they lacked themselves or what they should avoid in moral education. In conclusion, the authors state that in every period of history, a person as an individual was either highly valued or highly devalued, and only nature never betrayed him. Nature constantly appealed to man’s conscience, patiently bearing his firm foot and moving according to the plan of causa causans.

ECOLOGICAL ESTIMATION OF POLLUTION BY HEAVY METALS OF SOILS OF INDUSTRIAL ZONES OF SIBAY CITY [№ 12 ' 2017] The state of soils affects the environment and natural resources, the level of economic and social development and public health. In this paper, the content of heavy metals in the soils of the center of the mining industry of the Trans-Ural region of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Sibai, has been studied. Sibai soils contamination with heavy metals is associated with anthropogenic activity and differs in various degrees of concentration. In the soils, high concentrations of gross and mobile forms of Cu, Zn, Ni, Mn, Cd were detected. A number of accumulations of metals have been formed over the gross content: Znš< Cuš< Coš< Cdš< Pbš< Mnš< Niš<šFe, from mobile forms: Cuš< Znš< Mnš< Cdš< Niš< Coš< Pbš<šFe. According to the total pollution index, the ecological status of the studied urban soils is estimated as “moderately dangerous” and “permissible”.

Ilyna A.V. CHARACTERISTICS OF STOCK TRANSACTIONS [№ 11 ' 2016] Legislative consolidation of the possibility of providing services was not new even to Roman law. Transformed into modern legislation, this possibility has undergone some changes. Over time, the areas that were not previously known to humans, such as banking, insurance, securities market, which became possible as the provision of services. The following services received the name, first and foremost, because their provision was directly connected with the treatment of cash. The securities market is, first and foremost, the investment market: purchase of equity securities allows you to invest the free cash into new objects of business activity. However, the sphere of circulation of securities is not limited only to securities market in his own way. Purchase, sale of securities is implemented on the stock exchange, however, the latter acts as a springboard not only for securities but also for derivatives. Analysis of financial services in the banking sector has led to the conclusion that the banking service is manifested in the implementation of the Bank's operations and transactions. Universalism formulated banking law definition of “operation” made it possible to transfer this definition on the securities market. The stock market is so diverse that the definition of stock exchange operations was a result of a combination of insights as banking legislation and legislation on securities market.
Ilina L.E. PECULIARIYIES OF POLYLODUE'S TRANSLATION IN A PIECE FICTION (BASED ON BALZAC'S NOVEL "FATHER GORIOT") [№ 11 ' 2015] The multifaceted nature of language and culture of each nation is most clearly revealed in fiction. Active cooperation and mutual interpenetration of languages and cultures at the present stage require the implementation of high-quality translation. A fictitious polylogue is a vivid realization of the language because of its spontaneous and direct dependence on extra-linguistic factors and discourse in general. However, polylogue as a form of speech activity and as a mean of creating an image in a piece of fiction, as well as its lingo-stylistics means of its translation are not well understood, moreover, sometimes polylogue is opposed to dialogue, which is incorrect. For the formation of an interpreter's ability to create a translated text for providing an adequate impact on the reader, the author suggests an analyses of the polylogue's translation in a part of Balzac's novel "Father Goriot" and its two Russian-language translations performed by E.šCorsh and A.šKulisher; the authors reveal some differences in the means of transmission of the characters' the speech by the named translators and the author's remarks, guiding the reader's perception. The analysis has revealed some cases of replacement, omissions, additions, permutations, which are regarded as interlingual sense interchanging. The differences between the translations and original concern not only the form but also the content, and identified examples, emphasizing the time interval in the worldview of translators (analyzed translations are made with a difference of nearly a century). The general trend towards the use of translation transformations as a replacement and rearrangement is also a characteristic of the both E.šKorsch's and A.šKulisher's works. Both translators more often use substitution than omission, this fact is explained by the need to explain the realities of foreign language culture.

TO THE MECHANISM OF ACCOMMODATIVE ANSWER OF PSEUDOPHAKIA EYES [№ 4 ' 2013] The relationship of hydrodynamic processes with accommodation is becoming more evidence in the works of various authors. At present relationship of postoperative astigmatism with value of phacoemulsification hypotensive effect were not found. Analysis of the data showed that in astigmatism presence of in the range of 1.5 to 1.75 diopters "defocusing curve" is much lower and wider, reflecting the increase in the depth of field of optical system of the eye. The degree of reduction of intraocular pressure after phacoemulsification depends on the extent of the resulting astigmatism surgery.

THE SENSE OF DIFFERENT METHODS OF ANALYSIS OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN CARDIOLOGY [№ 5 ' 2003] The analysis of heart rate variability is the most modern noninvasive appraisal method of dynamic condition of cardiovascular system and extra-cardinal regulation system of heart rate. The research of vegetative background of cardial pathology is important for every patient from the position of individual approach and it allows to "treat not illness, but patient", as the majority of drugs, using in cardiology, has direct or mediated activity. Indications for rhythmographical examination of patients with cardiovascular system illness are regarded in this article.
Ilyina S.S. THE FACTS, WHICH SHOW THE LOW-MEANING OF THE RYTHM'S VARIABILITY OF THE PATIENT'S HEART, SUFFERING FROM THE CHRONIC HEART-LACK [№ 1 ' 2003] With the help of the multifactual stage analysis in the model of line regression, the independent predictors of low exponents VRS has been singled out on the material of the 70's rythmocardeograms of the patients with the is cheminc etiology. It's determined that the exponents SDNN connected left myocard, that the parasymphatic indexes of the temporal and spectral analysis, besides the pointed factors depend on the left ventricle's anavrism, the size of the left auricle's cavity and the systolitic AD. The results of the dispressional analysis show the lowering of the main exponents VPS during the growing of the ChSN's stage.
