Khusainova L.M. PRINCIPLES OF COMPILING SPELLING DICTIONARIES OF THE BASHKIR LANGUAGE [№ 7 ' 2017] Bashkir lexicography at the present stage of the development of linguistics has achieved fairly high results, which is supported by the publication in recent decades of quite solid dictionaries of various types. Each dictionary, being a source of information on a certain topic, also acts as a regulating aid in the spelling of certain words and words, terms, concepts. In this lexicograph themselves are guided by spelling dictionaries. In this connection, the definition of the basic principles of the compilation of spelling dictionaries makes it possible to conduct a purposeful work on other lexicographical works. In this article, the features of lexicographic works on the spelling of the Bashkir language are studied. The main dictionaries in the pre-October period were reviewed. Spelling dictionaries compiled by KZ have been analyzed. Akhmerov, V.I. Khazhin, Z.Z. Absalyamov, R.G. Aznagulov, N.F. Sufyanova, Z.K. Ishmukhametov. The author of the article reveals the basic principles of compiling dictionaries, such as the orientation of the publication to a specific addressee, the alphabetical principle of the arrangement of words, the principle of nested transmission of grammatical forms, the principle of standardization and economy of linguistic means, the principle of ease of use of the dictionary, the principle of completeness of information on this word.
Khusainova L.M. ALPHABETES OF THE BASHKIRIAN LANGUAGE IN XIX — THE BEGINNING OF XX CENTURIES [№ 3 ' 2017] At the present stage of development of the national languages, in the conditions of bilingualism and multilingualism, created on the basis of graphic Cyrillic alphabets are considered an objective necessity. In this case there are some difficulties in the transfer in writing the specific sounds of a national language Russian letters. In this regard, there is now a growing interest in the problems of development in Cyrillic alphabets. There is a need to study the history of development issues to identify existing problems, in particular, alphabets and alphabets of the Bashkir language in the Cyrillic alphabet. The article reviews the alphabets and alphabets of the Bashkir language, compiled in XIX — the beginning of XX centuries. Such researchers as V.V. Katarinsky, A.G. Bessonov, N.F. Katanov, who are not native speakers of the Bashkir language. They developed in different years 3 letters of the Bashkir language in Cyrillic, which they used when studying this language and teaching students in the Bashkir language. All the editions contain author's alphabets for the Bashkir language in Cyrillic. In the article, by means of a comparative analysis, specific features of the transmission of specific sounds of the Bashkir language were revealed when writing texts in the Bashkir language in XIX — the beginning of XX centuries. The author comes to the conclusion that at this stage of the Bashkir linguistics no need to amend the current alphabet, thus, for a more accurate transmission Bashkir sounding words in the letter, there is a need to improve some of the provisions of the rules of spelling and pronunciation with the new socio-cultural situation of modern Bashkir literary language as the state in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

OF THE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT OF BASHKIR SPELLING [№ 3 ' 2016] New areas of language policy requires that every single language has stable spelling and pronouncing rules for the free functioning of the language in all spheres of society. In this regard, at present, not only in the scientific community, but also in society in general, there is a growing interest in the problems of Bashkir spelling, actively discussing the idea of the need to improve certain provisions of the spelling rules to reflect the new socio-cultural linguistic situation. To identify existing problems there is a need to study questions of the history of formation of the Bashkir language spelling. History of the Bashkir spell can not be considered without a tour of the problem in other related languages at certain stages. The article provides an overview of types of phonographic writing, Bashkirs used in different periods. The basic changes to the current spelling Bashkir letter in the Cyrillic alphabet, which can serve to further improve the spelling rules. The author comes to the conclusion that not all previously declared and spelling rules are applied in practice, so before modern linguists Bashkir task is to improve the spelling rules of the modern Bashkir literary language.
