Khaliullina O.R., Tarasova O.P. METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING THE MODERN SOUVENIR DEVELOPMENT AS PART OF THE FUTURE DESIGNERS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE “DECORATIVE AND APPLIED ARTS” [№ 2 ' 2025] In the modern world, a souvenir is a means of communication, identification of an organization and an event. The process of creating souvenirs should be entrusted to professionals, including designers with the appropriate training and qualifications. Souvenir products come from the field of folk art and are rightfully one of the objects of design activity. Training future designers in the specifics and stages of souvenir development is carried out within the framework of project disciplines and in the process of studying the discipline "Decorative and Applied Arts". This discipline forms the competencies of future designers associated with the ability to apply knowledge from the field of arts in their future professional activities. The process of teaching future designers to create a souvenir is divided into several stages. At the first stage, it is important for the student to achieve the required level of understanding of the importance of the problem and analyze concepts. The second stage of training is the analysis of proposals of modern designers in the field of souvenir products. The third stage is the search for their own ideas by students, which is based on the use of the universal triad "material — technology — form". This universal triad is familiar to students from the first classes in the discipline "Design". When designing, developing a souvenir, it is necessary to take into account the features of its perception. The souvenir should be recognizable, proportionate to the viewer, positive, variable in scale, style, etc. The creation of a souvenir gives students the opportunity to develop a design product based on the traditions of decorative and applied arts within the framework of the discipline "Decorative and Applied Arts", establishing an interdisciplinary connection between the studied discipline and educational design. During the assignment, the student understands his tasks as a designer, sees souvenir products in the system of a modern interior and, as a result, the corresponding general professional and professional competencies are formed during the work.
Yanshina M.M., Tarasova O.P., Haliullina O.R. THE HERITAGE OF THE SARMATIANS IN THE PRACTICE OF FORMING THE DESIGN CULTURE OF THE FUTURE COSTUME DESIGNER [№ 3 ' 2022] Project culture as a “superlevel of the project process” (O.I. Genisaretsky) begins to form in the professional education of the future designer with his active involvement in research activities and understanding of its value. A pre-project study based on the analysis of historical, value, socio-cultural, environmental and other contexts makes it possible to temporarily abstract from the practical and methodological approach, which is exceptionally key in understanding students at the initial stage of training. The presence of weak ideas about the above-mentioned contexts limits the functions of design in improving the environment and developing culturally significant processes in society. Therefore, an important pedagogical task is to involve the student in solving socio-ecological, ethno-cultural, spiritual and practical problems in project practice. The typology of value-semantic problem-project tasks developed at the Department of Design of Orenburg State University, involving the performance of extensive research work, reflecting the socio-cultural significance of the design industry and regional specifics, as well as actualizing the subjective position of the future designer, in our opinion, ensures the professional and personal development of the student and the formation of his project culture. Among them are level research tasks in the discipline “Conceptual Design”, tasks for the phased implementation of a conceptual idea in the discipline “Project execution in the material”, a set of questions, tasks and tests for independent research and self-control. The fund of these humanitarian-oriented project tasks also includes the topics of final qualifying works. The article presents the logic of the implementation of the diploma project of modern women’s clothing based on the material culture of the Sarmatians. The creation of such a collection requires a deep immersion of the future designer into the life and way of life of the people, the use of various methods of scientific research, in the extrapolation of cultural heritage to modernity and the value self-determination of the student necessary for the personal implementation of the project process. As a result, axiological, ecological, cognitive and other components of the design culture of the future designer are formed.
Tarasova O.P., Haliullina O.R. THE ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE CONCEPTS OF "ABILITY TO DESIGN" AND "CREATIVITY" IN THE CONTEXT OF DESIGN ACTIVITY [№ 5 ' 2015] In a previous paper the authors have disclosed the essence of the concepts of "ability to design" and "creativity". In the context of design activities identified and studied schematically shows the relationship definitions. This paper proposes a general description of the structural components of the concepts of "ability to design" and "creativity" (goal-setting, professional competence, innovation and reflection), as well as their specific components. The authors argue that the identified components (goal-setting, professional competence, innovation and reflection) in the structure of both the studied concepts consistent. Each of them covers different aspects of the creative act, complement and reinforce in the practical implementation of creative ideas and self-designer in the product design. Undertaken by the authors attempt to summarize the scientific knowledge in the field of design culture, in panoramic allowed to submit their essence. Since these definitions are fundamental to the design, the designer must be clearly recorded and breeding, defining the boundaries of each project in the field of practice.
Tarasova O.P., Haliullina O.R. ESSENCE OF CONCEPTS "ABILITY TO DESIGN" AND "CREATIVITY", THEIR INTERRELATION IN DESIGN [№ 5 ' 2014] The retrospective analysis of scientific sources on a problem of designing in sphere of design is executed. The essence of theconcepts "project quality" and "creativity" is opened. The interrelation of the researched definitions in design — activity is revealed and schematically submitted.
