HISTORIOGRAPHY OF THE MODERN ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PRIORITY [№ 3 ' 2022] The recognition of a person as the main social value is one of the important trends in the reform and modernization of the modern system of domestic education. It is aimed at creating a new format of education focused on the student’s personality, the full realization of his abilities, satisfaction of educational needs, education of self-esteem, freedom, harmonious relations with the natural world and society. The new format of education is designed to reflect the needs of a rapidly developing society in modern educated, moral, enterprising and competent specialists who are able to choose ways of cooperation and independently make responsible decisions in a situation of choice, predicting their possible consequences. Foreign educational systems are quite adapted to such priorities, since they are traditionally multilevel and characterized by a variety of educational programs that are close to the real needs for professional personnel of the appropriate level of training. The domestic education system is more unified, less mobile, despite the permanent reform. Despite its dominance in modern education and ubiquity in a number of countries around the world, this system acquires modern features embodied in alternative education. One of the main features of such education is the promotion of a person as the highest value of society, recognition of his unique nature, respect for his individual life goals, needs and interests.
Gladkikh V.G. FUNCTIONALTARGET DOMINANTS OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS [№ 3 ' 2021] The need to study the independent work of students is due to socioeconomic transformations, the development of technologies and unforeseen risks affecting the results of vocational education. Accordingly, the purpose of the article is to specify the priorities of independent work of university students. Independent work is considered as an integral way of training a competent employee, implemented in the unity of classroom and extracurricular forms of activity. The characterized tasks of the professional context, level tasks and problem situations are an effective tool for its formation. The students ‘ mastering of the algorithm of independent work in extracurricular conditions is initially carried out in the classroom form and is accompanied by the methodical guidance of the teacher. Of particular importance in this process is the tutoring activity, which ensures its individualization and the achievement of students ‘ independence as a quality of personality. Electronic educational resources have a certain potential in the formation of independent work of university students. The functional and target specificity of independent work is characterized by six aspects. The first one includes a focus on personal development and contributes to the improvement of the organizational culture of intellectual work, familiarization with creative activities. The second involves information education and enrichment, embodied in individualized results. The third aspect is aimed at stimulating “professional acceleration”, presented in the perspective vision of oneself in the chosen profession. The fourth involves the education of professionally significant personal qualities in combination with universal, enriching the culture of professional activity. The fifth aspect is characterized by the inclusion of students in research activities, the acquisition of research experience in educational and cognitive activities. Finally, the sixth is focused on learning the experience of control, selfcontrol, selfassessment in the feedback process.

TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE “GOAL TREE” AND USE IN THE METHODOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF THE FUTURE TEACHER OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING [№ 3 ' 2020] The publication is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of modern education — the problem of professional and pedagogical goal-setting. The article attempts an interdisciplinary integration of the essence of goal-setting, implemented in the specification of the philosophical, psychological and managerial components. However, the priority of the stated problem is related to the clarification of the function of the “tree of goals” method in professional and pedagogical goal-setting, in particular in the methodological activity of the future teacher of professional training. The article provides a theoretical justification for this choice and describes the technology for developing a “goal tree” on the example of preparing a work program for the discipline. The author clarified the specifics of the taxonomy of goals, their ranking, structuring and relationship in this aspect. It is important that the procedural description of the development of the “goal tree” integrates the content, technological and organizational features of the phenomenon of the “goal tree”, combined in a universal algorithm for the activity of a novice teacher to develop a work program of the discipline. The proposed material of the article as the basis provides for the organization of the process, however, it is a guideline for the development of such a document in terms of its content and subsequent use of the described technology in other types of professional and pedagogical activities.

TARGET DOMINANT OF INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING BACHELOR PRACTICAL READINESS FORMATION [№ 3 ' 2019] The modern system of vocational education is focused on the needs of a potential employer in skilled workers. The specified qualification of the bachelor predetermines his professional mission of the teacher of College which is also the supposed object of employment. The need of the employer is characterized by the formed practical readiness of the future teacher to carry out high-quality education of students, and its target dominants are the skills that provide productive results of mastering the profession in interactive learning. With regard to the specifics of the practical readiness of the future teacher at the College among the priority activities, regardless of the content of the disciplines studied is considered educational and methodical. That is why the practical readiness of the bachelor of vocational training is associated with the ability to develop evaluation tools for training, to design their instrumental and technological efficiency and productivity in the implementation of diagnosis and measurement of the quality of education of students in College. The formation of these skills is carried out in the study of specific disciplines, respectively, the real prerequisites of the set of target dominants are created. The most expedient and effective way to achieve this goal is the widespread use of active and interactive forms and methods of pedagogical interaction, the inclusion of students in productive activities, which are essentially necessary elements of interactive learning technology. The target dominants of its application in the formation of practical readiness are communicative interaction of students, intensively and purposefully managing and directing the development of evaluation tools.

FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS FORMATION OF THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY FUTURE WORKERS [№ 6 ' 2018] Professional readiness is a key indicator of the quality of training of oil and gas industry future workers to work. Concretization of the features of the content and formation of the structural components of the professional readiness of future workers in the industry allows them to prepare for successful adaptation to work. As a result of the analysis of scientific literature, we came to the conclusion that the understanding of the nature, structure and content of this phenomenon is determined by the scientific approach to its study and the specifics of the proposed employment. The understanding of their unity allowed us to characterize the features of the content and formation of the structural components of professional readiness of future oil and gas industry workers: motivational-target, cognitive, functional-active and control-evaluation. The motivational-target component includes the value attitude to the relevant working profession, adequate qualification characteristics and working conditions of the requirements for the activity, its purpose, necessary for the formation of the control-evaluation component. The cognitive component assumes the universality of the knowledge acquired by future workers of the oil and gas industry. The formation of a functional-active component is characterized by the accuracy of labor actions on model, the ability to construct them in accordance with the instructions, taking into account professional risks in the performance of activities, efficiency of solving non-standard professional tasks, rationality and validity of the choice of actions. The control-evaluation component of the professional readiness of future oil and gas industry workers includes adequate self-control and self-assessment of the implemented content of the priority components of labor activity. We present a generalized multi-component characteristic of the process of formation of professional readiness of future oil and gas industry workers. It is understood by us as a system of universal knowledge about the technological process, embodied in professional actions, ensuring their quality performance, equipped with an adequate self-assessment of the product of labor.

THE REQUIREMENT OF GRADUATES ON THE REGIONAL LABOR MARKET AS THE INDEX OF THE QUALITY OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION [№ 5 ' 2018] In the context of the transition of the modern economy to the knowledge economy, the problem of ensuring the quality of vocational education is topical. Various approaches to its maintenance by the educational organizations are considered. Indicator quality training specialist is his demand in the labor market. The above examples of monitoring the relevance of graduates to educational institutions put before pedagogical science the tasks that need to be addressed. According to the authors, the relevance of graduates should be compared with the needs of the regional labor market. Given the relevance of professionals throughout their work, it is necessary to take into account the matrix of skills for professions in demand in the knowledge economy. The article contains data on graduates with secondary vocational education in the Orenburg region who are employed, who testify to the need to develop scientifically grounded conditions for increasing the demand for graduates. At the same time, the analysis of changes in the regional labor market for 15 years indicates a redistribution of the need for specialists in certain sectors of the economy. Accordingly, at present, educational organizations implementing vocational education programs need to conduct an annual monitoring of the demand for graduates, comparing it with information about the needs of the region in the staff of the relevant qualifications.

PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF RESEARCH ABILITIES FUTURE SPECIALISTS NURSING [№ 2 ' 2015] The article described pedagogical conditions of formation of research abilities of the future specialist nursing. In recent decades, undertaken modernization of practical public health determined the new format requirements for activities nurse. In this context, the traditional functions supplemented willingness to research work in medical institutions of various types and profiles. The urgency of the problem of formation of research skills of students in training nurses due to the requirements of society and the needs of employers in the specialists capable of effectively engaging in research in public health practice. In this regard, to the fore the problem associated with the ability to assess the situation from the perspective of the researcher to approach the solution of professional circumstances, using scientific knowledge exploratory nature. In our opinion, pedagogical conditions are a necessary link in the preparation of specialist nursing, for their effective implementation contributes to a need for research, strategy development research cooperation, mastery needed to develop a research project knowledge and skills. Study of the problem of formation of research skills, according to the specifics of our research it possible to distinguish the following pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of the test quality of the future specialist nursing: an exploded formation purposes of teaching and professional activities, targeted saturation disciplines jobs exploratory nature, the implementation of a research project in educational and professional activities that can be used to improve the training of future professionals of nursing.
