REGION PROPERTY — BASIS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMY OF THE TERRITORY [№ 8 ' 2014]
The property is a basis of system of the economic relations. Research of property allows to answer a question, in whose interests economic activity is carried out. Region property — the basis of a sustainable development of economy of the region, provides growth of welfare of the population and creates favorable conditions for development of managing subjects. The property represents economic category, i.e. are the relations developing between subjects concerning a material basis of economic activity. The property of the region is closely connected with the economic power, with management of managing subjects, with the daily relations of regional society. The forms of ownership which have developed in the region have impact on implementation of process of development of regional policy and creation of the mechanism of its realization.

SYSTEM OF MONITORING OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF THE REGION [№ 4 ' 2014]
SMUSR providing is necessary for effective management of all types and forms of ownership in the territory of the region: activity of the relations of property; efficiency of use of objects of property; protection of the property rights. SMUSR is the open adaptive operated dinamicheksky system having multilevel hierarchical structure that observance of certain approaches to planning its funktsionirovakniya and developments. Problem of regulation of the relations of property — one of the vazhknykh in any economic system which can be solved via the SMUSR mechanism. The property rights if to speak about them from the point of view of economy development as a whole, have to be effective, and for this purpose they have to develop and be freely a subject of a free purchase and sale.

ROLE OF INSTITUTE OF PROPERTY IN TO NATIONAL ECONOMY [№ 13 ' 2012]
In the conditions of transition to the market relations practical questions of functioning of the relations of property gain for everyone special relevance. Haste of transition from the state form of ownership to private in our country led to considerable negative consequences. It is revealed that the most part of objects of capital construction which passed to private business executives — are destroyed and to restoration aren't subject. It is defined that property management demands accurate definition of objects and subjects of property and the accounting of their features. At present the state should create the mechanism at which subjects of economy within property management can be operated.

Determined the necessity of new methods of management of state property, which will improve its effectiveness. Proved risk copying foreign non-alternative methods of state property as a base in the absence of national-developed management concepts, as well as a clear understanding of the goals, objectives, and to the impact of institutional change.

THEORETICAL–METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF PERFECTION OF MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMY OF REGION ON THE BASIS OF TRANSFORMATION OF RELATIONS OF THE PROPERTY [№ 13 ' 2011]
At the present stage of development of economic relations more and more attention it is given not to process of transformation of relations of the property, namely management by it. It is defined that with the lawful will allocate in a complex of relations of the property not only possibility of possession, the order, using, but also assignment and management possibility. Objective necessity of creation of model of interaction of system of relations of the property is revealed. The expediency of creation of effective system of state regulation of management by process of transformation the relation of the property which, keeping their continuity at formal level is proved, at the same time will change quickly enough them at maintenance level, in a direction of maintenance of effective performance by the property of all functions inherent in it in interests of the person, a society and the state.

Preconditions of land management development are grounded in this article, also its individuality which is part of existence of management system of land ownership relations transformation is shown here. Priority value of land management which consists in its strategical development - guarantee of stable development of land market is revealed in this work.
