APPLICATION OF PROBIOTIC PREPARATIONS BASED ON BACILLUS OF THE GENUS BACILLUS IN THE IRON AND ZINC SYSTEM OF DELIVERY IN THE ORGANISM OF LABORATORY ANIMALS [№ 9 ' 2017]
Studies in the field of iron and zinc deficiency are caused by the high prevalence of iron deficiency and deficient zinc states according to official statistics of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. It is known that metals in comparison with other elements have the ability to bioaccumulate. Microorganisms are able to extract and concentrate metals, in particular, this ability is possessed by microorganisms that are part of probiotic preparations based on bacteria of the genus Bacillus.
The results of the study of the possibility of delivering iron and zinc to the organism of laboratory animals using probiotic preparations based on bacteria of the genus Bacillus are presented. The probiotic strains were the living and inactivated bacteria of the genus Bacillus: B.subtilis 534, B.cereus 5832, B.licheniformis 7038 and B.subtilis 7048. The data obtained indicate that in the iron delivery system, the most effective probiotic strains studied are inactivated with B.licheniformis 7038 and B.subtilis 7048 (increase in iron in the skin of laboratory animals by 31.7%, in bone tissue — 80.8%, in muscle tissue — 75.9%). In the zinc delivery system, the B.subtilis strain 534 proved to be the most effective, while the zinc content in the skin of laboratory animals increased by 60%, in bone tissue by 78.5%, and in muscle tissue by 43.6%.

In the iron delivery system, the most effective of the drugs being tested is “Vetom-2”, and the least “Sporobacterin”. In the zinc delivery system, the most effective is “Sporobacterin”, and the least effective is “Bactisubtil”.

ESTIMATION OF THE EFFECT OF ANIONIC IRON COMPONENTS ON BIOTOXICITY WITH RESPECT TO PROBIOTIC STRAINS [№ 8 ' 2017]
Metals have the ability to bioaccumulate. Microorganisms can extract and concentrate metals. This ability is possessed by microorganisms that are part of probiotic preparations, in particular bacteria of the genus Bacillus. It is very important that the microorganisms of the genus Bacillus, which are part of probiotic preparations, are self-antagonizing antagonists. Bacteria of the genus Bacillus, which are part of probiotic preparations, can exert an antitoxic effect, which manifests itself in the active excretion of toxic substances from the body, as well as heavy metals. The purpose of our work was to study the effect of anionic iron components on the biotoxicity of probiotic strains. Probiotic strains included probiotic preparations: B.subtilis 534, B.cereus 5832, B.subtilis 10641, B.amyloliquefaciens 10642, B.amyloliquefaciens 10643. The data obtained indicate a significant biotoxicity of anionic iron components with respect to probiotic strains . The most sensitive were the action of the anionic components of ferric chloride III. B.cereus 5832 and B.amyloliquefaciens 10642, when exposed to the anionic components of iron (II) nitrate B.subtilis 10641, when exposed to the anionic components of iron (II) sulfate B.amyloliquefaciens 10642. It was also found that high concentrations of anionic iron components have a significant toxic effect on all probiotic strains studied, which is due to the anionic component and, as a consequence, the level of dissociation of the molecules of the test compounds.

DEVELOPMENT GENOMIC METHODS TO DETERMINE THE AUTHENTICITY OF FOODS OF ANIMAL AND VEGETABLE ORIGIN BASED SPECIFIC BIOLOGICAL MACROMOLECULES [№ 10 ' 2015]
The objective of this study was to develop a method for genomic confirmation of authenticity of food products and quality of raw materials used, based on the determination of specific biological molecules, in particular genomic DNA. Monitoring of this parameter is allowed, to make an indirect assessment of the quality of raw materials used for the manufacture of food products. The structures (DNA) are the natural biological objects, as well as the human body, which gives grounds to speak about the greater reliability of the genomic method to verify the authenticity of food products and identify the raw materials used. Thus, the genomic DNA contained in the test foods, served as an indicator substance that is initially present in the product and, therefore, no need to add it in the course of research that will reduce the cost and increase the reliability of the analysis results of the study. Objective: to put into practice the methodology for the analysis of genomic DNA damage degree of animal and vegetable origin, in order to confirm their authenticity. The object of the study were products of vegetable or animal origin, in combination: a product in the "native" state and its derivatives. The work performed in the laboratory, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, using techniques horizontal eletroforeza DNA by agarose gel electrophoresis, followed by visualization transilluminator manufactured by Vilber Lourmat (France), at a wavelength of 254nm and processing the received data in the program ImageJ (developer UnitedStates Department of Healthand Human Services, version1.45, 2011). MANIFEST AS A TOOL OF STRATEGIC DESIGN IN ART AND DESIGN [№ 5 ' 2015]
The article relevance is due to the acute need for new project thinking in design and architecture. For the purpose of search for future design technologies it is necessary to study and understand methods, used in the earlier project work, at the time of stylistic trends fracture. Declaration of an artist's position, expressed in the form of a manifesto, is one of the main instruments of strategic planning. The article analyzes the manifestos of the most problematic periods of cultural development as the key to the solution of contemporary issues. The article deals with artistic manifestos that have become iconic in terms of changes in design methods, that are turning to a different style formation and understanding of the art role and place in the historical process. One of such cruial periods is the Avant-garde of 20-s of XX century. "Manifesto of Futurism" by F. T. Marinetti is one of the most iconic ones in terms of fundamental changes in the artistic paradigm. Its theses were stronger and more expressive than the creative works based on them. The manifestos of Futurism themselves became an avant-garde product that influenced the history of art movements. Since then the manifesto has become an indispensable instrument for the expression of new ideas. The Suprematism is one of the most important trends of the avant-garde, which has attracted the attention of artists, designers and researchers for about a century. In this article the Suprematismis being considered through declarations and manifestos, in terms of its contribution to the search for design technology of the twentieth century. The subject is analyzed on the example of the founder and ideologist of this art movement — Kazimir Malevich. Creative and research heritage of Malevich is studied from the perspective of a project concept. As for the modern examples, inter alia, the following works are reviewed: the manifestos of Ken Garland 1963, "Manifesto 2000", creative credo of American designer B. Papanek stated in his book "Design for the Real World" in 1971, philosophy and creative postulates of English designer Karim Rashid.

The authors analyze the contribution of Suprematism in modern shape, and the concept of Suprematism as the basis of the style of the 20th century.
