MATHEMATICAL CULTURE OF STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS OF TRAINING [№ 2 ' 2019]
The problem of low quality of mathematical school education and reduction of classroom hours in mathematical disciplines at a higher education institution, actualizes the issues of finding the internal reserves of a person when teaching mathematics to students of technical training. The practical and scientific experience of the authors shows that high results can be achieved in the formation of a student’s mathematical culture. Active research on the mathematical culture of the individual in the last decade has led to a revision of this concept through the prism of new research and the current state of mathematical education.
Analysis of the research of the last decades of the last century and the beginning of today’s problem of mathematical culture of the individual, in general, and students of technical, economic specialties, in particular, revealed common approaches and differences in this concept. Studies of the last decades show the versatility of the concept and structure of a person’s mathematical culture depending on the type of activity and occupation of this person (preschooler, schoolboy, high school student, student of economics, technical training, etc.). In this connection, it was concluded that it is impossible to give a universal definition of this concept in the general understanding of the individual.
Our research on the problem of the mathematical culture of students of technical areas of training and the new aspects of this problem, revealed as a result of the analysis, made it possible to supplement the structure of the mathematical culture of a student of technical areas of training and to define in light of a different perspective on this issue. It is shown that the key element of mathematical culture is mathematical knowledge, which should be trained in the development of mathematical thinking, which entails the development of mathematical abilities that are formed in mathematical activity. Formation of skills in the use of mathematical language and skills of self-education are an integral part of the mathematical culture of students of technical areas of training, but they are organically part of the general fund of mathematical knowledge.

MASSIVE OPEN ONLINE COURSES IN THE FORMATION OF A SINGLE INFORMATION EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF THE UNIVERSITY [№ 10 ' 2017]
The use of mass open online courses (МООС) in the process of teaching schoolchildren can contribute to expanding the boundaries of the unified information space of the university, which is the leading link and coordinator in the development of the educational cluster: the university and schools. In this regard, the development of educational МООС platforms, which ensure the implementation of two important principles — the openness and accessibility of quality e-learning, acquires particular importance. Since the general education system is not isolated from other public institutions, in particular higher education, teachers and students can participate in the formation of a single information educational space, and the university will ensure the organizational, pedagogical and program-technological conditions for its stable existence and long-term prosperity. At the initial stage, we present the general specific features of the МООС, identify the opportunities for their use in the system of secondary general education. The following is the experience of collective development of some components of МООС, namely electronic training materials and services for sharing licensed software. All materials posted on the platform “Methodical Electronic Education Center of the Ministry of Education of the Orenburg Region and the Orenburg State University” were created by the leading teachers of the region, they underwent a comprehensive examination at the Regional Center for the Development of Education and were recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Orenburg Region for use in the educational process. Thus, for today the formation of the МООС for the education of schoolchildren is one of the most important tasks in the sphere of innovative development of Russian open education, which is reflected in the state's priority projects being implemented.

ABOUT THE COURSE OF THE HISTORY OF APPLIED MATHEMATICS FOR STUDENTS IN THE MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMME IN FIELD OF EDUCATION “APPLIED MATHEMATICS AND INFORMATICS” [№ 7 ' 2017]
The basic principle of the so-called historical-genetic method of teaching mathematics is that the formation of mathematical knowledge the individual must in some sense repeat the historical path of formation of knowledge of all men in mathematics. In a relatively short period of training the student may not thoroughly understand all the details of the history of formation of mathematics as a scientific discipline. However, the basic reference points of its development should be known and should help in mastering the basics of this science. Historical-genetic method in teaching mathematical disciplines usually oppose logical method that does not involve a waste-to-side from a logically rigorous construction of the theory. Limiting this method in the educational process, teachers are often faced not only with the loss of student interest in the subject, but with the lack of understanding of the purpose of his study. Given this, we believe that in teaching mathematics it is reasonable to combine these two methods. Developed the course “History and methodology of applied mathematics” for students of specialty “mathematics” is treated as part of the introduction to the profession for students at the master's degree. It attempts to familiarize the reader with the basics of some aspects of mechanics and at the same time the history of the formation of the relevant scientific theories. The course is structured really helps students in learning new knowledge in new elds.
ABOUT RESEARCH WORK OF STUDENTS AND SENIOR PUPILS IN MATHEMATICS AREA [№ 7 ' 2013]
The modern view on mathematical formation in system "school-high school" is considered. Introduction of research activity in methodical work on the mathematician at senior pupils and students is proved. The analysis of research work at school and high school is carried out.

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF EXOPHORIA WITH V SYNDROME WITHOUT HYPERFUNCTION INFERIOR OBLIQUES MUSCLES [№ 4 ' 2013]
Traditionally, the surgical treatment of patients with latent exophoria limited correction of deviation only horizontally to achieve ortoposition in primary position. Compass calibration in all positions of gaze, revealed exophoria complicated by V syndrome without hyperactivity inferior oblique muscles. Surgical treatment by vertical transposition of horizontal muscle action combined with correction of the horizontal deviation use median dublication, allowed to achieve stable functional result in a state of V syndrome.

STRABISMUS AFTER COMBINED CRANIAL AND ORBITAL TRAUMA: CLINIC, DIAGNOSTIC, AND TREATMENT [№ 4 ' 2013]
We analyzed the functional and cosmetic results of treatment of 95 patients with strabismus occurring after combined cerebral and orbital trauma. The results of MRI and MSCT are diagnostically and tactically significant. Chemodenervation and orthoptic methods of treatment increase efficiency of restoration of lost EOMs functions. The use of surgical techniques, a simpler in perform and with a lower degree of complications risk allows to achieve maximal results.

ABOUT RESEARCH WORK OF STUDENTS AND SENIOR PUPILS IN MATHEMATICS AREA [№ 4 ' 2012]
Modern views on mathematical education in the "school-higher educational institution" system are being examined. Historical-pedagogical analysis of the problem of involving researching work into educational programs of schools and institutes has been done. Methodical aspects of implementation of researching activity into the content of mathematical training of modern students in middle and higher educational schools are specified.

TO THE PROBLEM OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MATHEMATICAL ABILITIES OF TECHNICAL SPECIALTIES STUDENTS [№ 9 ' 2010]
There is topical character of the problem of the development of the mathematical abilities of the students of technical specialties. The substantiation of the base determination of mathematical abilities, undertaken the basis, was the result of the analysis of experiments on the problem. The authors examined the content, purpose and tasks of the instruction of future engineer. Didactic requirements for the renovated content of the instruction of students are revealed, and concept and structure of the mathematical abilities of the students of technical specialties is, as a result, determined.
