PROBLEM OF BIORESOURCES PROTECTION AT THE ENTERPRISES ACTIVITY OF BAKING INDUSTRY The results of antropogenic influence factors analysis of baking industry enterprises on bioresources conditions are presented in this article. A number of organizational-technical measures of bread plant negative influence decrease on condition of ambient air, soil, water resources is suggested here.
