PROPERTIES OF ESCHERICHIA COLI AS FACTORS OF TRANSLOCATION FROM BOWELS TO INNER ORGANSIt is shown on the models of E.coli translocation from bowels to inner organs of mice that the change with symbiont (parasite) of habitation epitope is accompanied with clones selection and savings with more evident capability to inactivation of complement, lysozyme and intercede, bigger activity of catalase and lesser hydrophobicity, which allows to put these properties to factors of bacterial translocation. Positive dynamic of described features in bowels subpopulation of echerihiya at translocation, allows to suppose the forming of conditions for support of its dysbiotic condition due to translocated bacteria recolonization in bowels microbiocenose.
