Vasil'eva T.N., Brudastov Y.А. POTENTIAL FITOACCUMULATION METAL-POLYUTANTOV URBAN SOILS OF ORENBURG [№ 6 ' 2011] On the basis of comparison of concentrations of metals in urban soils and vegetative parts of herbaceous plants, received on fixed points of Orenburg city, findings about planta as potential phytoremediators of soil had been collected. For about Pb and Cd the potential remediators were followed species: Arctium lappa, Taraxacum officinale, Artemisia vulgaris, Artemisia absinthium, Polygonum aviculare, Achillea millefolium. Regarding to another metals (Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Zn) the potential remediators were: Cichorium intybus, Plantago media, Achillea millefolium.
Zhurlov O.S., Gritsenko V.A., Brudastov Yu.A. INFLUENCE OF CULTIVATION TEMPERATURE ON PHYSIOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL FEATURES OF ESСHERICHIA COLI К12 [№ 12 ' 2009] The analysis of influence of cultivation temperature on the dynamics of reproductive capacity and physical-chemical features (hydrophobicity, z-potential) of Essherichia coli K12 in periodic cultures is presented in this article. Chronological conjugacy changes of these features are observed at the optimal temperature of 37?C of Escherichia. Adaptation of E.coli to the sub- and supraoptimal temperature (27?C and 42?C) is accompanied with a marked modification of the analyzed characteristics and desynchronization of their dynamics.
Brudastov Yu.А., Zhurlov О.S., Kolinichenko Е.V., Grudinin D.А. ACTIVE OXYGEN METABOLITES IN THE PHAGOCYTOSIS [№ 12 ' 2008] The work provides up-to-date data on the role of active oxygen metabolites in the phagocytosis. Special authors' attention is given to the sequence of the activation of the oxygen-dependent mechanisms in the phagocytes and comparative effectiveness of the bactericidal action implemented by most significant oxygen radicals.
Zhurlov О.S., Kolinichenko Е.V., Grudinin D.А., Brudastov Yu. A. RESISTANCE OF MICROORGANISMS TO SUPEROXIDANION, NITROGEN OXIDE AND PEROXINITRITE AS A FACTOR OF THEIR SURVIVAL IN THE PHAGOCYTOSIS [№ 12 ' 2008] Through using 23 cultures of the Escherichia coli and 23 cultures of Staphylococcus aureus, with different levels of resistance to the active forms of oxygen gas (AFO; superoxidanion, nitrogen oxide and peroxinitrite), the study determined parameters for variability of the bactericidal action implemented by the human blood neutrophils under standard phagocytosis conditions in vitro. On this basis a comparative study was undertaken to assess the contribution from the bacteria ferments-antioxidants and their resistance to AFO in the process of survival under phagocytosis.
Bachurskaya N.S., Grudinin D.A., Ishmukhamitova Z.A., Brudastov Yu.A. MODERN PROBLEMS OF BIOLOGY OF MALASSEZIA GENUS FUNGI [№ 12 ' 2007] The review of modern literature about biology of conditional-pathogenic fungi of malassezia genus is given in this work. The questions of ecology, physiology, biochemistry, taxonomy of these fungi are regarded and mycosis associated with representatives of malassezia genus is characterized here.
Vasilieva T.N., Brudastov Yu.A. POLLUTED WITH METAL OF SOILS OF ORENBURG CITY: COMMON PARAMETERS OF INTERACTION WITH METAL PHYTOACCUMULATION AND REPRESENTATIVES OF SYNANTHROPIC FLORA [№ 12 ' 2007] The researches results of metal concentration (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) in samples of soil and overground parts of plants – representatives of typical synanthropic types of Orenburg are given in this work. Conducted analysis of interaction between these parameters revealed reliable positive correlation relation between them and allowed making conclusion about more expressed bioavailability of metal-pollutions from surface layers of soil in comparison with deep, and also about more effective accumulation of cadmium, nickel and chrome in comparison with plumbum and zinc.
Bachurskaya N.S., Brudastov Yu.A., Zhurlov O.S. HYDROPHOBIC FEATURES OF MUSHROOMS OF MALASSEZIA TYPE [№ 12 ' 2006] Data about hydrophoby of Malassezia type mushrooms surface isolated from patients with dandruff by branny herpes and seborrheic dermatitis are given in this work. It is shown that mushrooms of Malassezia type distinguished from patients with surface mycosis of skin are characterized with expressed hydrophoby in whole. At the same time reliable pathovariant differences of Malassezia mushrooms at hydrophile-lipophilic balance of their surface are observed. Both as hydrophoby as variability at this feature of Malassezia mushrooms are decreased in the line of microorganisms cultures groups: "dandruff - branny herpes - seborrheic dermatitis".

UNIVERSITY MODEL OF SOCIAL-HYGIENIC MONITORING (SHM) OF STUDENT AND EMPLOYEE HEALTH [№ 12 ' 2006] Methodological aspects of university model development and justification of unified methodical scheme of social-hygienic monitoring of health of students and employees of multi-field university are considered. Organizational, structural and functional flow charts of monitoring implementation are presented.
Brudastov Yu.A. DETERMINATION OF ANTICOMPLEMENTARY BACTERIA ACTIVITY BY KINETICS OF IMMUNE HEMOLYSIS [№ 12 ' 2005] Method of anticomplementary bacteria activity determinations, based on measuring of kinetics parameters of immune hemolysis in liquid phase is described in this article. Levels comparability of anticomplementary activity of S. aureus and E. coli, measured with suggested and earlier described method, based on detection of hemolysis degree in gel is shown here too. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed in this article.

The new organizational model is proved with annual economic benefit more than 1 million rubles.
Brudastov Yu.A., Gritsenko V.A., Zhurlov O.S., Brudastov A.N. PROPERTIES OF ESCHERICHIA COLI AS FACTORS OF TRANSLOCATION FROM BOWELS TO INNER ORGANS [№ 5 (app.1) ' 2005] It is shown on the models of E.coli translocation from bowels to inner organs of mice that the change with symbiont (parasite) of habitation epitope is accompanied with clones selection and savings with more evident capability to inactivation of complement, lysozyme and intercede, bigger activity of catalase and lesser hydrophobicity, which allows to put these properties to factors of bacterial translocation. Positive dynamic of described features in bowels subpopulation of echerihiya at translocation, allows to suppose the forming of conditions for support of its dysbiotic condition due to translocated bacteria recolonization in bowels microbiocenose.
