PEDAGOGICAL RISKS IN EDUCATION – NEW SOCIAL REALITY [№ 4 ' 2018]
In the article the problem of pedagogical risks caused by education modernization, competition in the educational services market, new strategy of students’ vocational training in higher education institutions is considered. Risks are understood as possibility of losses and unplanned results obtaining. Several types of pedagogical risks on the basis of the researches results analysis dedicated to the quality of innovative education are updated: organizational risks are connected with transition to a multilevel education system that gives new research directions in the field of modern pedagogical processes management; methodical risks where the result of their overcoming is the higher education institution graduate’s model which meets time requirements and the model of teacher identity as a factor of risks counteraction; educational risks of professional students’ identity formation. It is claimed that teachers’ readiness to risks overcoming in educational and disciplinary environment is a factor of modern education quality achievement.

POLARIZATION SPACE OF THE SOUTHERN URALS AS AN ASPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORY [№ 11 ' 2017]
Spatial organization of territory is the main factor of regional development. The phenomenon of the compression of the rural space of ubiquitous in most parts of Russia. The study of this process and the development of methods to controls them is among the key tasks of territorial development. Currently, rural areas of the southern Urals exposed to strong demographic change. These shifts lead to the concentration of the rural population and polarization in the rural areas. Based on data for 116 municipalities identify long-term demographic and depressed areas in the countryside of the southern Urals. Revealed the attraction of the population to regional centers and major urban areas. The results are presented in the form of maps, which facilitates their visualization. The main factors of “compression” assimilated spaces are the natural conditions, remoteness from big cities and ethnic peculiarities of conducting economic activity and specificity of human potential in rural areas. Formed a dedicated focal-areal support framework in the rural areas. Further “compression” of space bordering the southern Urals enlarged urban and near urban areas, increasing polarization and fragmentation of space, thereby increasing the burden on the environment, and leave the peripheral, including cross-border areas agricultural and demographically deserted. In view of the current situation requires the emergence of a new paradigm of development of natural resources. This study can be used in the development of territorial planning and evaluation of the distribution of anthropogenic pressures at the Federal and regional levels, as well as management decisions to ensure balanced development of the territory of the Southern Urals.

CALCULATION METHODS FOR COMPOUNDS OF ELEMENTS OF WOODEN STRUCTURES ON GLUED STEEL PLATES [№ 5 ' 2015]
In modern engineering to improve stiffness and increase the carrying capacity of the compounds of elements of wooden structures have been used in the design solutions on glued in wood steel rods of the reinforcement with periodic profile. Particularly widespread are different types of connections with obliquely glued contacts. Although the reliability of such compounds, they have some serious drawbacks in terms of metal content, processability, and ease of manufacturing assembly. To eliminate this drawbacks it provides a method of node interface elements of wooden structures on glued into an array steel plates. Pilot testing of the proposed method of joining confirmed its viability. However, the known method of calculating compounds of wooden structures on glued elements does not provide an answer to the question of determining the carrying capacity of the node interfaces on the steel plates. There are no rules and design of such compounds, as well as any of the experimental data on this subject. As a result, the theoretical calculation of an exact analytical solution of the problem of determining the stress-strain state (SSS) of the compound pasted plate when it pulled out of solid wood. Design scheme of theoretical investigation of SSS connection plates with the wood is reduced to plane strain: half-strip loaded on the end by a concentrated force. Described exactly, previously absent, the solution of the boundary value problems of the theory of elasticity based on expansions of functions Fadl-Papkovich. In software packages АРМCivilEngineering and ANSYS was created and designed finite element model of the experimental sample, taking into account the anisotropy of the wood and the presence of the adhesive composition between the steel plate and wood. The values of the components of SSS connection with a load corresponding to the time of the destruction of the experimental sample has been received. There was a good quantitative and qualitative convergence of model experiments carried out in different software systems and confirmed with full-scale experiments. On the basis of factor analysis, conducted research on the matrix in the software package ANSYS, defined qualitative and quantitative conditioning components of stress-strain state of the connection. On the basis of experimental and theoretical studies revealed the prospects and possibilities of using the compounds of this type in the nodes in a wide range of wooden structures. The concrete design solutions of nodes glued into steel plates and the most significant results of the tests and the extended interface and support truss. The formula for the calculation of engineering compounds of elements of wooden structures with glued on steel plates has been received.

CONNECTION FOR ELEMENTS OF WOODEN STRUCTURES OF RAPIDLY ERECTED BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES WITH SCREW CRUCIATE PEGS [№ 5 ' 2010]
We describe a new type of connection for elements of wooden structures on the screw cruciate pegs, which substantially reduce the complexity of installation work. The feasibility of the proposed introduction of a connecting element in building practice, its advantages over other known analogs is discussed. The results of experimental studies confirming the efficacy of screw cruciate pegs are provided.

MYTHS OF A MODERN MAN: ARGUMENTATION ABOUT INFORMATIONAL FREEDOM AND TOLERANCE [№ 4 ' 2009]
Tolerance as a phenomenon became relevant because of rather broaden informational freedom of modern man, denoting the stage of new revolution development of ethics and generally new attitude to reality. It was not accidentally that this phenomenon originated at the moment of global informational transformations and steadily dilative communicative possibilities of modern society. Here tolerance makes very important function, acting as postmodernist instrument, realizing deconstruction of traditional culture, grading norms of high ethics, aesthetics and education, removing such important element as demand from them.
