DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE OF INFORMATION CARTOGRAPHIC DATA PORTAL OF ORENBURG REGION ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY [№ 5 ' 2016]
Nowadays, when Internet communication increases the impact on all spheres of human life and society, the problem of providing the user with accurate and timely information on the state of natural objects and processing of Web-content is in the public domain, is extremely significant. The main objective of the development of the portal was the expansion of the information space of the Orenburg region in the field of ecology and the environment for scientific, educational and administrative purposes. Using the portal will significantly improve the quality of employment in educational institutions, institutions of higher and secondary education. Regional environmental portal can be viewed from one side, as a distance learning, and, on the other hand, as a means of interactive training elements study. Actualization of the portal new data research creates the possibility of the publication of scientific achievements and discoveries. Of particular importance is the information component of the portal to increase the efficiency management decision-making by public authorities in the field of environmental protection. In the operation of the portal is expected to saturate the thematic sections copyright specialized data posted on the cartographic basis. A database management system allows users to update the information portal, build queries, prepare local databases. Further development of the portal supposes the possibility of joining the development of photographic materials for specific projects, the development of Environmental Forum, the formation of the environmental pages of schools, publication of scientific papers students.

SOFTWARE PLATFORM BUILDING INTERACTIVE MAPPING SERVICES [№ 4 ' 2016]
Mapping services are becoming an integral part of modern life. They are used in various spheres of life che rights. Non-commercial mapping services for the quality of work requires the involvement of qualified programmers to modify the software code. The cost of commercial mapping services, operating with large volumes of data does not allow them to be used in most non-commercial projects. In the course of the project to create the portal of ecological safety of the Orenburg region has developed a universal software platform for building map services, can significantly reduce the complexity of the process of their development. From existing solutions platform favorably the use of free and open software at its core. In developing the platform used Xia framework Django language Python (version 1.8). Applications built according to the design pattern, "Model-view-controller" (Model View Controller, MVC). The main part used is given map-tion is stored in a PostgreSQL database with the extension PostGIS. The result of the submission of a HTML-page, but this may be the data in a different format — PNG, JSON, XML, etc. Portal development environ-tion safety Orenburg region was selected GIS Geoserver. Requests for data visualization to Geoserver through the protocol Web Feature Service (WFS) and Web Map Service (WMS) for vector and raster data, respectively. The first project, implemented on a platform of information mapping portal has become the environmental safety of the Orenburg region, that combines data on the ecological state of natural complexes, owls and man-made objects of the Orenburg region. Continued use of a universal software platform allows you to create high-quality car-tograficheskie services do not require a significant investment in software.

COPPER MOLIBDENPORFIROVOE GREISEN AND RARE-METAL-ORENBURG MINERALIZATION OF SOUTH URAL [№ 10 ' 2015]
The large variety of types of rare-metal mineralization, is currently in the Orenburg southern Ural is not identified the objects of industrial value needed to create the foundations recomendarnos bases in the region. Clarification of regional and local regularities of formation and distribution of deposits of molybdenum will allow for targeted exploration. In article on the basis of generalization and analysis of published and archive materials, the author considers the pattern of distribution molybdenum mineralization in structural-formational zones of the East Orenburg region, distinguished by peculiarities of communication with volcanic and Intrusive magmatism, causing their metallogenic specialization. On this basis, the existence of molybdenum are United in two families: copper-molybdeniferous and rare-metal-greisen. The ratio of Cu:Mo varieties are defined by their (formation). Copper-molibdenovogo family. The ratio of Cu:Mo magnetorheology actually allocated, molybdenum-magnetorheology, copper-molybdeniferous, molybdenum porphyry types of manifestations. They are all associated with the Magnitogorsk volcanogenic troughs of the imposed deflection and the deflections of the East Ural uplift. Enclosing the ore field is confined to volcano-tectonic centers for a long period of development. Thanks polychronic and multi-formational nature of magmatism, mineralization is multistage, polychronic, and in the structure of ore bodies is planned to telescoping. The existence of rare-metal-greisen family is confined to the bodies dwonloding, two-feldspar leucogranites of late Paleozoic (late Permian?) age. Placing productive intrusions is controlled by major regional faults. The main components of this ore type mineralization is molybdenum and tungsten. The research results highlighted prospective areas that have the most favorable conditions for prognozirovanija and evaluation. The analysis of zakonomernostei razmesheniya molybdenum mineralization orenburgskoy region shows that the Orenburg region is highly prospective for the discovery of deposits of rare metals.

ABOUT DIAMOND POTENTIAL OF THE WESTERN SLOPE OF THE SOUTHERN URALS AND THE SOUTH-EAST OF THE RUSSIAN PLATFORM (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ORENBURG REGION) [№ 6 ' 2015]
Regional patterns of manifestations of diamonds and productive on diamond rocks (kimberlites, lamproites) all over the Western slope of the Urals, as well as single finds of diamond crystals in the Orenburg southern Ural mountains, has necessitated the consolidation and analysis of modern data on the diamond potential of the territory of the Orenburg region. By the authors based on the results of previous studies (Cherkasov V.L., Smirnov A.K., Tishchenko V.G.) diamondiferous rocks are divided into three groups: carbonate breccia-ultramafic, Intrusive rocks of ultrabasic composition, volcanic rocks of basic composition high magnesia content, as well as metasomatic altered varieties of these rocks, which petrochemically the diagrams lie in the fields of kimberlites or lamproites. When forecasting is of great importance complex set of direct and indirect search characteristics, confirming the validity of conclusions about the possible prospects of the territory of the Orenburg region for diamonds. The discovery of diamond deposits in the Urals and Central Urals raising (Kuvandyk and AI areas), and within Eastern edge of the Orenburg parts of the Russian platform indicated by the findings of diamond crystals, in Kuvandyk district (continental gold-bearing Sands of the Albian stage of the early Cretaceous, Quaternary alluvial sediments Central Ural uplift), etc. When forecasting the diamond potential also used the experience of Australian geologists and Arkhangelsk — aeromagnetic method of detecting volcanic pipes, which is quite applicable to geological conditions part of the Orenburg region covered by aeromagnetic survey in the scale 1:50 000. The analysis of available materials on the diamond potential of the Orenburg region shows that the Orenburg region is highly prospective for the discovery of diamond deposits.
