THE CONCEPTS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION AND FUNCTIONAL LITERACY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SENIOR STUDENT [№ 1 ' 2024]
Emphasizing the importance and relevance of the processes of self-determination, professional self-determination and functional, academic literacy of senior schoolchildren, we note that these are the strategic guidelines and leading processes that should take place not in fragments, but continuously, which, of course, will give its positive result in the sustainable development of the younger generation. Revealing the problematic field of the relationship between the processes of professional self-determination and functional literacy of senior schoolchildren, we clarify the leading value-semantic concepts in educational practice. On the one hand, the Federal State Educational Standard, the Project “School of the Ministry of Education, “Profminimum”, Federal programs for the formation of UUD, Federal education programs require high quality and effectiveness of professional self-determination and the formation of functional literacy. On the other hand, it is difficult for the teacher to understand the conceptuality of these processes. On the other hand, the practice of parallelism of the paradigms of professional self-determination and functional literacy operating in a single educational environment of the educational community is proven. The disclosure of concepts and constants of the interrelation of these concepts in a paradigmatic way solves the key postulate — what is the subject’s choice of a characteristic paradigm, what are the conceptual approaches, principles underlying strategic guidelines for improving the quality of professional self-determination and functional literacy of high school students. This is the methodological basis that develops the paradigmatic self-determination of the teacher himself. The functional significance of paradigmatic concepts is important for quality management of the formation of professional self-determination and functional literacy of an older student, which allows the teacher to clearly answer a number of questions. What are the strategies and tactics of these processes in the context of a specific paradigm, concept as a platform for the socialization of an older student? How to solve the key tasks of self-determination and the formation of functional literacy? In the work, we take into account the dialectic of the relationship between the concepts of “student — self-determination — professional self-determination — functional literacy — professional choice — life meanings and values”. The experimental work shows a positive dynamics (%) of the effectiveness of the formation of value-semantic indicators of professional self-determination, self-determination, functional literacy of senior schoolchildren at the educational (EO) and ascertaining (EC) stages of the experiment.

SOCIO-CULTURAL DISCOURSE OF DEVELOPMENT CULTURE OF PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS AS A CONDITION FOR SELF-DETERMINATION, WELL-BEING OF THE FUTURE TEACHER [№ 4 ' 2023]
We associate the sociocultural discourse of understanding the concept of “culture of professional success” with several facts. Firstly, with the general tendency of the emergence of such phenomena as “human capital”, “career growth”, “continuing professional education”, “career success”, “professional values”. Secondly, new patterns of sociocultural changes require expanding the field of professional knowledge within the framework of the concept of “culture of professional success” – as an important professional quality of a future teacher and a condition for well­being in social and educational activities. Thirdly, traditional vocational education is changing due to new meanings and values – self-realization, self-determination, personal development. The modern leading model of professional development (E.F. Zeer) is based on such descriptors as meta-subject, continuity, quality. The meaning-forming quality of the model is the culture of professional success – as a system and process of satisfying the needs of each individual for self-development, self-determination, and successful self-realization in professional activities. Taking these descriptors into account, first of all, is focused on developing a holistic concept for the development of a culture of professional success, which should be built into various levels and areas of professional education to motivate professional growth; enrichment of social and professional competence; ensuring self-preservation, well-being; improving professional behavior and predicting a teacher’s professional career. The culture of professional success is revealed within the framework of conceptuality and practice. This approach expresses the unity and interconnection of three aspects of knowledge: general theoretical, social scientific, specific empirical. The general theoretical aspect is presented by methodological, theoretical foundations (genesis of the concept, approaches, principles, functional role, structural components). The socio-scientific aspect involves identifying and comprehensively studying the aspects of the culture of professional success and its role in self-determination and well-being of the future teacher. The specific empirical aspect is built on the basis of the systemic organization of processes of development and self-development of a culture of professional success of subjects of the educational space of a pedagogical university. The experimental work showed the need and readiness of the future teacher to develop a culture of professional success at the university.

DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-DETERMINATION AS THE BASIS OF THE FUTURE TEACHER PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS CULTURE [№ 2 ' 2023]
In the conditions of modern realities, the profession of a teacher is characterized by high emotional costs, high responsibility for the effectiveness of subject-subject relations, the quality and responsibility of educational results. Performing professional tasks, the teacher most often does not think about his culture of professional success, its role in life, career. This key problem must be addressed purposefully and continuously in higher education. A program has been developed to activate the process of developing a culture of professional success for a future teacher, implemented for pedagogical areas.
The theoretical part of the program introduces students to the concept of “culture of professional success” as a systemic concept, taking into account two significant phenomena. The phenomenon of “culture” is the basic personal basis in which the result of upbringing and education of students is concentrated, manifested in the harmony of the physical, mental, spiritual, moral development of each student. The concept of “professional success” is an important supra-professional (meta) quality that orients the subject to a high level of professional self-determination, striving for professional growth.
The practical part of the program is based on the development of competencies aimed at self-determination and a culture of professional success.
The experimental work showed a high level of readiness of the future teacher to develop a culture of professional success at the university, in the network interaction “mentor — student employer” under a number of conditions: creation of a holistic cultural and educational environment of the environment of success; taking into account the dialectic of the relationship between self-determination and the culture of professional success; development of a system of theoretical and practical knowledge; study of indicators of the culture of professional success; acquaintance with the issues of intensification of pedagogical work, a comprehensive assessment of the professional and functional state — as one of the components of the culture of professional success and self-determination.

THE ELEMENTS OF EXPRESSION IN TEXTS THAT ARE CLOSE TO THE OFFICIAL STYLE [№ 11 ' 2017]
Features official-business style does not provide for the inclusion in the texts of the documents of emotional components. However, expressely become common in the texts 1980-2000-ies, especially those that relate to the field of interstil. Most often it is the documents related to political issues, or political rhetoric. But the expressive elements penetrate and legislation padstyle official-business style, for example, of the decision. This article discusses the features of functioning of expressive elements in texts of different genres. The analysis of the texts showed that the increase in expressiveness through the use of journalistic style possible in the texts actually officially-business style, that is stylistic hybridization (publitsistika business interstil) is not required for this process condition. In the texts there are many components which in different ways Express the author’s position (word status categories with the evaluation semantics, adjectives, adverbs) and related expressive connotations, but also examples of diatribe — nutriactive dialogization of monologue, which is characteristic of polemical genres (journalistic and scientific styles). The study showed that the expressive elements found in the texts of official-business style are bookish and colloquial character; subjectivity and emotively not alien to the official-business style, however personal, “author” beginning are mild, for the genres of official-business style maloaktualny paralinguistically, verbalni means; verbalise in written genres is implemented primarily punctuation — with its help there is rationalization of emotions — they are not amplified and isolated; the artist’s personality and gender features for official-business style are out of date.

THE WORD-“CENTAURS” IN THE TEXT OF DOCUMENTS [№ 2 ' 2017]
The appearance of a significant number of words in a foreign writing in the texts of different styles and genres contributes to active borrowing of lexical items. Not all the words in Latin script eventually disappear from the lexical structure, giving way to Cyrillic units mastered by the language; some of them are fixed in the language not only as words, but as the first part of a compound word, the second component of which is a word in Russian writing. A relatively new phenomenon is the formation of the so-called words-”centaurs”. There are different approaches to vocabulary classification: according to one of them, these words are denied affiliation to the Russian language and the ability to fix them lexicographically. According to another approach, one can not deny their existence in the lexical system of the Russian language and exclude them from the description in the dictionaries. This article deals with the features of the words-”centaurs” functioning in the texts of the documents at the end of the 20th century and at the beginning of the 21, fixing them in the composition of dictionaries, dictionary entries are analyzed. The study showed that the words-”centaurs” underwent the secondary borrowing, now internal, without going through all the stages of the borrowed words adaptation in the host language. It is worth to emphasize that internal borrowing was done by one of the most rigorous and conservative linguistically functional stylesš— the official business style of literary language. The use of the words-”centaurs” in the text of the official-business style indicates that the sources of vocabulary enrichment can be the words from the texts of other styles, in particular journalistic and scientific.

ASSESSMENT OF RADIONUCLIDE POLLUTION MEDICINAL RAW MATERIALS ACHILLEA MILLEFOLIUM L., UNDER CONDITIONS OF WASTE DUMP AT KEDROVSKY COAL MINE ASSESSMENT OF RADIONUCLIDE POLLUTION IN FRUIT [№ 10 ' 2015]
The article presents the estimation of radionuclide pollution of medicinal plant materials (herbs, flowers) Achillea millefolium L., growing on the waste dump of the Kedrovsky coal mine the Kemerovo region, and the estimation of complementary embryonic soils in matter of natural (K-40, Th-232, Ra-226) and artificial (Sr-90 and Cs-137) radionuclides. Analysis of the results showed no contamination of the embryonic soils dumps artificial radionuclides. The content of Sr-90 and Cs-137 is substantially below the regional average. The level of natural radionuclides is within the background levels of radioactive elements in the earth's crust. The analysis also revealed that the content of natural (K-40, Th-232, Ra-226) and artificial (Sr-90 and Cs-137) radionuclides in embryonic soils is higher than in medicinal plant material Achillea millefoliumšL.. the Main contribution to the radioactivity of raw materials gives K-40, it accounts for grassš— 81š%, for flowersš— 76š% of the total radioactivity. The proportion of artificial radionuclides Sr-90 and Cs-137 in grass and flowers of Achillea millefoliumšL. is in the range of 1.02...0.458šBq/kg, not to exceed the allowable levels and do not present a hazard to the health of consumers according to SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01. Analysis of rates of accumulation grass and flowers of Achillea millefoliumšL. radionuclides showed that they are more likely to accumulate anthropogenic radionuclide group Sr-90 and Cs-137. However, KN is less than one and are in the range of 0.56...0.41, which indicates the absence of data accumulation of radionuclides by plants. The obtained data will allow to assess the possibility of using medicinal plants growing on anthropogenically altered the Kemerovo region and get new resource sources and for harvesting of medicinal raw materials for the needs of the region.

STATUS OF DACTYLORHIZA FUCHSII (DRUCE) SOO COENOPOPULATIONS IN "BYLINA" STATE NATURE RESERVE [№ 6 ' 2015]
10 coenopopulations (CP) of Dactylorhiza fuchsii (Druce) Soo were investigated in middle-taiga subzone of Kirov region within the area of "Bylina" State Nature Reserve. It was shown that D. fuchsii is found in forest communities of Vaccinio-Piceetea class. the species is predominantly found in sparse linden-spruce and also aspen-birch and spruce-birch Majanthemum herbaceous forests. 33šspecies are marked in herbaceous-undershrub layer of phytocoenoses. Dominant species are:Vacciniummyrtillus, Vacciniumvitis-idaea, Lathyrusvernus, Rubussaxatilis, Solidagovirgaurea, OxÁlisacetosÅlla, Majanthemumbifolium, Melicanutans, Viciasylvatica, Poanemoralis. D.šfuchsia onthogeny consists of 2 ontogenetic periods (pre-productive, productive) and 4šontogenetic states (juvenile, immature, virgin, productive). All studied CP are incomplete, individuals of pre-productive group of immature ontogenetic state prevail. Basic ontogenetic spectre is ancipital with local maximum in immature individuals group. The part of productive individuals varied from 7.7 to 100š% in the investigated CP. The following morphometric parameters points are givenš— sprout length, inflorescence length, parameters of the first leaf (length, width, number of veins). The analyses of basic morphometric features of productive individuals showed that the highest plants were found incowberry-blueberry spruce-linden forest on an overgrowing runway. The estimation of parameterscarried out on pooled data of studied CP demonstrated high level of variability. The least variable features of productive individuals of D.šfuchsia are the width of the first leaf and inflorescence length (3.4 and 8š% correspondingly). Maximum variability level was marked for sprout length (62š%). The range of integrable coefficient (SC) forD. Fuchsia is between 1.6 and 2.8. The status of 6šcoenopopulations of D.šfuchsia is estimated as "close to threatened". One CP is in satisfactory condition which is determined by high share of productive individuals and maximum density. The rest of the coenopopulations are in the state "depending on protection". For that matter it is recommended to monitor the status of all coenopopulations.

CHANGES OF ANATOMO-TOPOGRAPHIC EYE PARAMETERS IN CASES OF MIXED GLAUCOMA AFTER LASER IRIDECTOMY [№ 4 ' 2013]
The examination was performed in 146 eyes (146 patients) with the first mixed glaucoma. The narrow anterior chamber angle with segmental its closing was revealed in all cases and was accompanied with the anterior chamber depth decreasing and the displacement of irido-lens diaphragm forward due to increasing lens thickness. The anterior chamber depth remained shallow after laser iridectomy in 86 eyes out off 146 (35.8%) and it was accompanied with the small opening of the anterior chamber angle(7.2 -11. degrees). The absence of sufficient efficacy of laser iridectomy was due to lens component significance in mechanism of mixed glaucoma.

The results of complex researches of children element status, living in different territories of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) are presented in this article. The analysis of received data allows revealing many hypoelementozes and hyperelementozes at different regions of the Republic. The lack of selenium, iodine, cobalt, zinc and hyperelementoze of potassium and natrium is common for all the territory.
