THE ESSENCE OF THE DIGITAL IMAGE OF AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION [№ 2 ' 2022] Interest in studying the development of the digital image of an educational organization as a psychological and pedagogical problem is growing in the context of the digital transformation of education in Russia. In its understanding, the image plays a very important role in attracting the attention of an audience focused on the consumption of services to a particular object. Education is also one of the most important human activities in which educational services are consumed at various levels. The attractiveness and need for a particular educational service depends directly on the positive image of an educational organization, including in the digital environment. In modern science and in practical image-making, there are a lot of works related to the issue of image, which allows us to explore the phenomenon of a digital image from the standpoint of its content and structure (species, functional, component, level characteristics. Also, as part of the study of the phenomenon of the digital image, the following definition of the content of the image should be singled out, which means that the image is holistic and consistent, the conditions for implementation are also taken into account here, and those individual features that are present do not contradict each other. The systemic nature of the image allows one visible feature to evoke accompanying characteristics in the mass consciousness. image is the positioning of an organization or a person, created using certain digital technologies, implemented on various media online or offline. At the same time, far from any image, text, etc. is a digital image, it is a whole set of techniques that are aimed at fulfilling a specific goal — to broadcast to others in digital form a certain message, a message. Understanding the effectiveness factors of the influence of the digital image on the behavior and consciousness of the target audience expands the understanding of the managerial resources of this phenomenon. The results of the study can be useful for drawing attention to the problem of using a digital image to manipulate the behavior and consciousness of the target audience, which will allow its members to become less controllable and programmable and help resist mass manipulations carried out by the basic subjects of image communication in the era of new media.
Imangalieva Sh.D., Akhmetova A.S. Of particular interest are mobile applications used in family practice. The experience of developing the most effective directions, forms, methods and technologies of similar applications is of interest. We have carried out a theoretical study of the currently existing applications of psychological and pedagogical support for preschool and school children. It has been established that there is a specific potential of a mobile application based on taking into account personal, cross-cultural characteristics, as well as sensitive, crisis periods of psychological development of preschool and school children. A feature of a number of applications is the support of the process of family education of children from birth to entry into adulthood. To study parent-child relationships, projective methods were used. The relationship between parents and children was studied using the “My Family” methodology. Methods for the study of the relationship between adults and children make it possible to competently build interpersonal relationships of family subjects and form a culture of relations between adults and children in the modern world. Thus, the mobile application can be used as an assistant for parents in psychological and pedagogical support of the child. The difference between the mobile application is the account of personal, cross-cultural characteristics and sensitive, crisis periods of the child's psychological development.

Semyonov E.A., Akhmetov R.Sh. SPACE-TIME TRANSFORMATION OF THE RURAL SETTLING IN THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 7 ' 2015] Of the Orenburg region for a 25 year period of spatial transformation rural settling. This research identifies the main factors that reflect the spatial patterns and trends in agrarian settlement. In the course of research some significant intraregional dynamics for rural municipal administrative-territorial formations was revealed provided that the average density of rural population in the whole area had not changed. Center-periphery gradients have begun to dominate and grow in their density since the early 1990-ies under the influence of market factors and agglomeration effect of the regional center in the rural settling of the region. On the basis of a large array of statistical information this research demonstrates the spatial texture of those changes. It has been established that there is a "compression" and fragmentation of the extra-urban space with further formation for areas of rural population concentration and agricultural areas as well as sustainable reduction and its agrarian depression. Reasons for the current dynamics of agricultural settlement transformation have been explained. The dominance of Orenburg as a carrier of the regional capital administrative status, the concentration of a variety of social functions, better infrastructure and higher economic activity are conditioning factors, which attract rural population of the semi-periphery and periphery areas. The dynamic trend of changes in the hierarchical structure of rural settlements was set. Agrarian population is increasingly concentrated in larger settlements with the potential development. Transport accessibility, urban agglomeration effect play an important role. As a result, currently 26 % of the rural population live in the district centers, and more than 65 % of the villagers live in settlements with a population of more than a thousand people.
