PECULIARITIES OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PARALYTIC STRABISMUS — PLASTY WITH EXTRAOCULAR MUSCLES WEAKENINGParalytics trabismusis characterized by the state of oculomotor system, at which one or more extraocular muscles completely or partially lost their function. Treatment of this disease is staged and not always effective. There was developed a technique of plastyof extraocular muscles with lengthening of strong muscle as the 1st stage of surgical treatment at paralytic strabismus which is effective and achieves satisfactory functional and cosmetic results of the treatment of this pathology. Key words: paralytic strabismus, stage surgical treatment, weakening with extraocular muscles lengthening.
