TECHNIQUE FOR ASSESSMENT OF CAR ENGINE SUITABILITY FOR CHANGING EXPLOITATION ENVIRONMENTThe paper describes stages of development and approbation of the technique to assess suitability of the car engines to changing exploitation environment (starting duty as a case study) with the use of original method of express-analysis of the lubricant in the crankshaft bearings. Practical application of this technique enables to improve the service life of car engines through lovering starting wears.
