THE CONCEPT OF INCREASE OF DURABILITY OF AUTOMOBILE ENGINES AT OPERATION [№ 9 ' 2015]
Discrepancy between parameters of real and design functioning of bearings of cranked shaft at operation of automobile engines leads to an intensification of wear of bearings and, as a result, decrease in durability of automobile engines. The solution of this problem on the basis of providing at stages of a running in and operation of engines of liquid greasing in bearings, can be one of reserves of increase of their durability. For realization of such reserve in article scientific and methodical justification of improvement of methods and control devices and management of lubricant processes is given in bearings of a cranked shaft during the operation of the engine. As the parameter for control and management of lubricant process it is offered to use integrated extent of existence of a lubricant layer. The formula for calculation of a resource of bearings on the basis of which criterion function of ensuring maloiznosny operation of automobile engines is defined is received. Theoretical research of influence on a resource of bearings of a cranked shaft of change of quality of lubricant process at a running in and operation is conducted — on the modes of start-up, idling and loading. Possibility of increase of a resource due to management of lubricant processes is proved. The main results of management of lubricant processes at a bench running in are given, when diagnosing, in the modes of start-up and loading.

ENSURING DURABILITY OF ENGINES OF VEHICLES WITH AN OPERATIONAL METHOD [№ 4 ' 2015]
In article the new operational method of ensuring durability of engines of vehicles is described. The method consists in their primary operation on such optimum low wearout the load and high-speed modes at which intensity of the destroying processes of bearings of a cranked shaft and details of piston-cylinder group is minimum. Realization of such operational method of ensuring durability of automobile engines became possible on the basis of development of methods of research of the generalized regularities of wear resistance of bearings of a cranked shaft and heat resistance of tsilindro-piston group depending on parameters of operating modes at the movement of the vehicle. The technique and results of determination of optimum speeds of the movement of the vehicle (on the example of the NEFAZ-5299-08 bus) by the developed generalized criterion of durability of bearings of a cranked shaft and piston-cylinder group of the engine is presented. Novelty are techniques and results of researches of regularities of lubricant process in bearings of a cranked shaft and their wear resistance in the "specific integrated wear resistance" parameter. It is defined that the actual speed of the bus in the conditions of the city and country movement corresponds optimum on all transfers only to 17-20% of cases. It is caused by that the actual speed is overestimated on all transfers of rather optimum speeds. Therefore there is a reserve of increase of durability due to primary operation of engines of vehicles in the optimum modes. Calculations showed that at the movement of the bus at optimum speeds the percent of increase in the generalized criterion of durability averages 33,8 %. The practical importance of the provisions described in article is their use in the motor transportation enterprises when training drivers in optimum ways of low wearout operation of engines of buses and cars on auto machines simulators.

The article describes the main provisions of the development of calculation and experimental methods in evaluation of resource efficiency of the car engine start mode allowing to define ranges of its pre-starting temperatures under which we have minimal pre-heat treatment losses of technical and fuel and energy resources for a single start.

LOWERING STARTING WEARS THE CRANKSHAFT BEARINGS FOR CAR ENGINES [№ 12 ' 2013]
In the work theoretically and experimentally investigated the effectiveness of external heating oil filter lubricating system of the engine before starting the onboard electrical heating device. Heating of the filter is rational in the range of initial temperature of the engine from +5 up to -12 ?С, because it provides a decrease in the intensity of wear of the crankshaft bearings for single start on average 2,4 times.

INFLUENCE OF ANTI-STRESS PREPARATIONS ON DIGESTION AND METABOLISM IN RUMINANT ORGANISM [№ 12 ' 2006]
In experiment on a model of young horned cattle the action of optimal dosing of three anti-stress preparations (Migugen, Diludin, Krezival) on digestibility and metabolism in animal organism was studied. A well-marked influence of the estimated substances on feed digestibility and interstitial exchange was detected. The estimated influence was the most significantly characteristic for Migugen and Krezival.

This article is devoted theoretical and experimental problem solution of quality appraisal of crankshaft bearings breaking-in of car engine. Mathematical model of oiling process in friction bearing is worked here, parameter of quality appraisal of friction bearings in the area of load-speed regime is proved and the dependences of parameters meanings of oil layer existence duration in separate main bearings and in the system of crankshaft bearings from load-speed regime and breaking-in duration are established theoretically and proved experimentally in this work. The methodic of quality appraisal of crankshaft friction bearing breaking-in of car engine at bench running-in is worked here too.

The model of operation conditions of automobile engine sliding bearings was developed. Transient lubrication process is taken into consideration and parameter Pж is used for evaluation of the given process. The parameter Pж characterises the durability of the lubricant layer existence. The link of the given parameter with load and speed modes, as well as with a constructive and technological state kinematics pairs is considered.
