INFLUENCE OF PHARMACOLOGICAL BLOCKADE OF FISSURAL CONTACTS ON SPONTANEOUS ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY OF RESPIRATORY CENTER OF RATS IN VITRO NEW-BORN AND FETUSDuring research in vitro of bulbospinal preparations of brain of rats fetus (20 days) and new-born (0-3 days) it was established that mechanism of electrotonic interaction between respiratory neurons of medulla oblongata plays important role in the process of respiratory rhythmogenesis, and neurons of spinal marrow plays important role in the process of inspiratory pattern generation.
