MODERN APPROACHES TO THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS ORGANIZATION FOR THE FORMATION OF CANCER ALERTNESS AMONG MEDICAL WORKERS [№ 3 ' 2019]
Annual and steady increase of the population oncological morbidity is observed. In particular, for the population of the Orenburg region, the issues of malignant neoplasms early diagnosis are very relevant. In 2018, the growth rate was 4,4 %, compared with 2016. The detection rate of malignant neoplasms during preventive medical examinations amounted to 41,0 %. This indicator is higher than the Russian average. Among the number of actively detected malignant neoplasms, on the average, more than 60 % in the region was detected at the stage I — II of the disease, but there were areas where this indicator is less than 40,0 %.
The Institute of Professional Education of the Orenburg State Medical University developed the pilot project on inclusion of all categories of medical workers of the Orenburg region state medical organizations in the continuing medical education system to update knowledge on cancer alertness.
During the pilot project, we tested primary healthcare workers: therapists, general practitioners, obstetricians-gynecologists of women’s consultations. Initial level of knowledge and choice of the most preferred professional development course from the proposed ones were defined. Additional professional programs developed by the professorial and teaching staff of the University together with leading experts of the Ministry of Health of the region had the required components: distance learning, availability of simulation training. At the end of the courses, medical workers expressed general opinion about the need for such form of education organization. It allowed them to increase the level of professional competencies without leaving their workplaces. For medical workers, an important motivation factor for choosing an education trajectory became the results of the knowledge screening on cancer alertness issues.

FEATURES OF EXTERNAL MEN RESPIRATION PARAMETERS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE AND STAMINA [№ 11 ' 2016]
The study of the functioning of individual human respiratory system quite important, since it is considered that the efficiency of its cardio-respiratory system determines the level of physical performance and endurance. One of the limiting components of the functioning of the system of external respiration, are respiratory muscles, which are in the process of inspiration to work towards overcoming the elastic resistance of the lungs and neelasticheskogo. Availability features of pulmonary ventilation parameters in trained people can be one of the factors contributing to the improvement of physical performance and endurance, thereby achieving a high level of sports performance. But the question arises as to whether the individual features of ventilation options contribute to a higher level of performance and endurance in untrained people. The study assessed features of ventilation parameters and strength of respiratory muscles in untrained males 19—20 years old, with different levels of static and dynamic physical performance and endurance. The young men are not involved in sports, having an initial individual characteristics of ventilation parameters do not create preconditions for the development of a high level of static and dynamic physical performance and endurance. However, given the availability of reliable dynamic relationship of physical endurance and strength of respiratory muscles of inspiration, the level of dynamic physical endurance is probably determined by the strength inspiratory muscle.

SMENT OF STATIC AND DYNAMIC PHYSICAL ENDURANCE USING ANTHROPOMETRIC PARAMETERS [№ 2 ' 2016]
Screening assessment of physical endurance is important in the selection of professional personnel in the workplace and in sport, this question is multifaceted and includes several aspects, it's psychological, social, physiological. The study evaluated the use of anthropometric parameters as prognostic indicators of static and dynamic physical endurance of man. In men 19-20 years revealed no significant relationship dynamic endurance and studied anthropometric parameters (height, weight, chest circumference at inspiration and expiration, body mass index, chest). At the same time set significant inverse relationship between static growth endurance and static efficiency is a direct relationship to the weight and chest circumference. Thus, the assessment of human growth parameters can be used in the screening candidate selection, which are requirements of a high static endurance. To predict the dynamic of physical endurance, use anthropometric parameters is impossible.

INFLUENCE OF PHARMACOLOGICAL BLOCKADE OF FISSURAL CONTACTS ON SPONTANEOUS ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY OF RESPIRATORY CENTER OF RATS IN VITRO NEW-BORN AND FETUS [№ 5 (app.1) ' 2005]
During research in vitro of bulbospinal preparations of brain of rats fetus (20 days) and new-born (0-3 days) it was established that mechanism of electrotonic interaction between respiratory neurons of medulla oblongata plays important role in the process of respiratory rhythmogenesis, and neurons of spinal marrow plays important role in the process of inspiratory pattern generation.
Key words: respiratory center, spectroscopic analysis, perinatal life, bulbospinal preparations, fetus, new-born rats.

HOW THE OUTER ENVIRONMENT GAS-COMPOSITION PERIODIC CHANGES INFLUENCE THE CENTRAL MECHANISM FORMATION IN BRETHING REGULATION DURING THE PRENATAL PERIOD [№ 3 ' 2002]
The research analyses the respirator activity peculiarities which newborn rats have in their spinal cord preparations. The rats were subjected to periodical, hypercapnical, hipoxical and hiperoxical influences during the prenatal period. Breathing regulation central mechanisms ability to the plastic reforming was set up under the outer environment factors' influence during the organism's development in prenatal period.
