SURFACE PHOTOCONDUCTIVITY GAAS SENSITIZED WITH ORGANIC DYESThe results of experimental researches of optic and transport characteristics and photoconductivity of haliy arsenide surface, covered with lyer of tritane (crystalline violet) and xanthene (fluorescein) dyes are given in this article. For crystalline violet dye is discovered the effect of photoconductivity in spectral sphere, which does not coincide with line of own dye absorption. Possible mechanisms of spectral sensitizing of semi-conductor surface are discussed here too.
