Kusnezov G.E. INFLUENCE OF COMBINED THERAPY ON GEOMETRY AND FUNCTIONAL STATE OF LEFT VENTRICLE OF THE SICK SUFFERING FROM FLY PER TENSION COMPLICATED BY CARDIAC INSUFFICIENCY The article considers two the most common combinations of inhibitors (with beta-blocks and calcium antagonists, used for treating of those suffered from hypertension and cardiac insufficiency) on morphofunctional state of the left ventricle. The article explains that on the first stages of the illness both combinations produce a positive effect on clinical state of the silk and on the indicators of the LV remodeling. In ease of an acute form of the CI it is recommended to give the preparations of the hyphedipin group to the patients with an eccentric hypertrophy of the LV.
