Kotenkova I.N. HISTORICAL ASPECTS OF LOGISTIC APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT OF AN URBAN ENVIRONMENTThis article discusses the basic premises and principles of the logistics of the urban environment. The connection between the formation of the logistics network and the transport network, the direction and the capacity of incoming and outgoing flows. The article touches upon the placement of objects logistics infrastructure in the urban environment. Particular attention is paid to research on the characterization of indicators of the urban transport systems; design, construction and regulatory support, the organization of their operation. The author traces the emergence of urban development of science, methodology of designing cities in our country. Analyzed the initial stages of the creation of the city's transport network, the main periods of the design and development of transport infrastructure of cities, urban planning stages of development of science, the main directions of development of the urban environment, taking into account the level of motorization, logistics approach to the design, construction and maintenance of highways. The article deals with the problem of uncontrolled, unregulated development are highlighted and described the characteristic parameters of the territory, the recommendations on the modernization and development of the road network. Considerable attention is paid to the definition of the capacity of the road network and the level of service roads. The article considers the general guidelines for forecasting traffic between the settlements correspond to the characteristics and methods of calculation. The analysis of regulatory documents on urban planning and design of highways and urban transport systems. The problem of lack of parameters governing the determination of the load on the MAC from individual capital construction projects. In conclusion, the problems that determine the need for methods of integrated assessment and siting of logistics infrastructure in urban areas.Key words: logistics, transport, city, transport network, transport planning, road, design.
