Sultanov THE CONCEPT OF BUSINESS-PROCESSES MODELING AND OPTIMIZATION OF AIRENTERPRISES The transformation of control system is necessary for achievement of airenterprises flexible reaction on change of environment parameters. It can be achieved with the way of transition on technologies of business-processes optimization. The concept of business-functions modeling, as making airenterprises business-processes is considered in the article. It is proved that management functions of last give in to optimization.
