IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETENCE APPROACH THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL SIGNIFICANT PERSONAL QUALITIES OF THE STUDENT PROGRAMMERIn the article the features of training competent in the area of network information technology student programmers in the transition to a two-tier system of education. The functional model of the formation of the integrative quality of the individual "competence in the area of network information technology", aimed at the formation of professional and general cultural competencies. The main characteristics of the last made significant professional and personal qualities of students formed in the educational process through the implementation of competence-based approach.Key words: competence in the area of network information technology, professional and general cultural competence, competence approach, professionally-relevant personal characteristics of students, interactive forms and methods of the educational process at the university.
