USING THE "VINFAR" ON THE BASIS OF FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR FOR DERMAL AUTOPLASTYOpen fractures are often accompanied by defects of the soft tissues. One way to treat it is autodermoplasty. The frequency of graft rejection after autodermoplasty remains high. We have new drug named "Vinfar" on the basis of human fibroblast growth factor. As a result of experimental work provided evidence that use of this drug in autodermoplasty significantly accelerates the adhesion of the graft, decreasing incidence of graft rejection and improving reparative processes in the wound area.Key words: open fracture, dermal autoplasty, fibroblast growth factor, skin defect.
