Voronoy N.O., Nikitenko A.Yu, Atopkin D.M. ESTUARINE BIVALVES CORBICULA JAPONICA PRIME 1864 FROM PRIMORSKIY REGION HAVE LOW VARIABILITY OF COI GENE [№ 9 ' 2013] For the first time intraspecific variability of Far Eastern Corbicula japonica Prime 1864 was studied. Samples were collected from estuarine waterbodies of the Primorskiy region. The investigated fragment of COI gene was highly conserved among specimens collected from different geographical locations. Comparative analisys of haplotypes refer the obtained sequences to Japanese haplogroup of C. japonica. These data assume the identity of all individuals to the single species C. japonica and confirm the hypothesis of recent colonization to the south of Primorye. Ways and methods of forming the present range of C. japonica in the south of Primorye are discussed.

USING THE "VINFAR" ON THE BASIS OF FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR FOR DERMAL AUTOPLASTY [№ 6 ' 2012] Open fractures are often accompanied by defects of the soft tissues. One way to treat it is autodermoplasty. The frequency of graft rejection after autodermoplasty remains high. We have new drug named "Vinfar" on the basis of human fibroblast growth factor. As a result of experimental work provided evidence that use of this drug in autodermoplasty significantly accelerates the adhesion of the graft, decreasing incidence of graft rejection and improving reparative processes in the wound area.
