STRATEGY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESTORATIVE MEDIATION ON RESOLUTION OF CRIMINAL- LEGAL CONFLICTS The article examined the essence of criminal- legal conflict, and its role in the differentiation of the form of criminal legal procedure. Activity in the organization of restorative mediation is analyzed, and in this case the author's vision of the strategic tasks of restorative mediation in the criminal cases in Russia is derived.
