AXIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PSYCHOLOGY OF WORKER SELF-DETERMINATION IN AN ORGANIZATION In article important aspects of economic self-determination of the person in the organizations, its social and psychological content are considered. The author reveals the essence of the organization and human behavior in the light of the basic psychological modalities and orientations of valuable type. Mechanisms and phenomenon of management and submission, methods and forms of development of effective organizational culture are analyzed.Key words: the organization and organizational relationships, psychology of self-determination, a psychological modality, imperious influence, organizational culture.
