TRANSFORMATION OF POWER SECTOR OF ECONOMY AT TRANSITION TO POWER SAVING UP TECHNOLOGIES AND RENEWED ENERGY SOURCESIn article the prospects focused on radical innovations in power sector of the Russian economy, caused by its re-structuring because of decrease in stocks of non-renewable power resources, complication of process of their extraction, processing and transportation, wear process petro- and gas pipelines, and also deterioration of ecological conditions are considered.Key words: a fuel and energy complex, innovations, power sector, the power strategy, power saving up technologies, nonconventional renewed energy sources.
