GENESIS OF PEDAGOGICAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DIALOGUE In this article brief retrospective analysis of the concept "dialogue" is presented, social-pedagogical value of dialogue at education and development of a modern man is revealed and also culturological value of a dialogue at development of communicative competence of a man is revealed here.Key words: dialogue, philosophy of a dialogue, dialogues of cultures, pedagogical essence of a dialogue.
