RUSSIA AND WTO: CRITERIA OF REVISION OF PRINCIPLES FOR REGULATION BEER QUALITY AND SAFETY COEFFICIENTSThe authors analyze rationality of the existing principles for regulation of toxicity and safety of consumption of potentially toxic chemical compounds of beer produce. They give prove for application of "dose" approach and "absorbed dose" criteria by the example of calculation of consumption of "safe doses" of beer produce. They formulate suggestions as to principles of harmonization of brewing standards in WTO and Russia. They offer fundamental definitions for a uniform intergovernmental beer standard.
