It was not accidentally that this phenomenon originated at the moment of global informational transformations and steadily dilative communicative possibilities of modern society. Here tolerance makes very important function, acting as postmodernist instrument, realizing deconstruction of traditional culture, grading norms of high ethics, aesthetics and education, removing such important element as demand from them.
