STATUS OF REGIONAL BANKS: QUESTIONS OF INSTITUTIONAL APPROACH USE Specificity of regional bank activity is shown in this article and also their relation with regional economy is indicated here. Preconditions which are necessary for institutional approach use to establishment of regional banks status are determined and also conditions necessary for its realization are formed in this work.
