DEVELOPMENT OF TERMINOLOGY OF AN ENTERPRISE RESTRUCTURING The established terminology absence of processes of enterprise activity cardinal changes often leads to improper using of the term “restructuring” or unreasonable changing by its synonyms which causes varied understanding of transformations’ aim and content. The concept of restructuring differed from existing with unify approach to its content is formed as a result of analysis of determinations given in works of Russian and foreign authors.
