RATING MODEL OF RF SUBJECTS ACTIVITY APPRAISALAccounting methodology of complex (rating) indexes of regional economical activity for tasks realization: analysis of economic development of regions, their ranking, forecast preparation is represented in this article. The construction algorithm of rating indexes forecasting model for following periods with using of Kholt’s method based on the exponential evening-out of existing data is given here.
