COOPERATIVE LEGISLATION IN RUSSIA AND ON SOUTHERN URAL AT THE END OF XIX - THE BEGINNING OF XX CENTURY In the article the legislative basis is considered of cooperative movement of Russia at the end of XIX - the beginning of XX century, set of the norms adjusting occurrence and activity of cooperative societies representing by self. The author analyzes legal aspect of functioning of the South-Ural cooperative societies, paying special attention on their charters as the basic normative documents.
