CRITERIA OF AN AVAILABILITY ASSESSMENT OF PASSENGERS TRANSPORTATIONS ALONG REGULAR ROUTES [№ 4 ' 2015]
Results of analytical and pilot studies on justification of criteria of an assessment of availability of transportations of the passengers on regular routes based on indicators of transport mobility of the population are given in work: quantity and distances of movement on different types of transport, transport work. The purpose of work consists in increase of availability of services in transportation of passengers along regular routes with use of estimates by complex criterion. On the basis of data on movement, distances of movement and transport work statistical and dynamic criteria of availability of transportations of passengers are formulated and determined by regular routes. The statistical criterion shows a share of movement of the population with use of route vehicles in total of movement. The dynamic criterion of an assessment indicates a share of transport work with use of route vehicles in total of transport work. Value of statistical criterion of availability of transportations of passengers along regular routes made 0,57. It means that route vehicles 57 % of the population, cars — 34,2 %, automobile taxi — 8,8 % move. Value of dynamic criterion variously on seasons of year also made: summer — 0,436; fall — 0,486; winter — 0, 566; spring — 0,488. The received results can be applied to optimization of a route transport network, definition of technological and structural indicators of public passenger transport.

TRANSPORT MOBILITY OF THE POPULATION IN ORENBURG [№ 10 ' 2014]
The paper presents the results of a study of the transport mobility of the population in the city of Orenburg. Survey methods and mathematical statistics defined statistical characteristics of the main indicators of the transport mobility of the population: the number and distance of movement on the various modes of transport and on foot; transportation work. The results can be applied to optimize the routing of the transport network and the definition of technological and structural indicators of public road transport.

SUBSTANTIATION OF TAXIS FLEET STRUCTURE SUBJECT TO THE CAR OPERATING PERIOD CHARACTERISTICS [№ 4 ' 2009]
The article concerns the problem of efficient implementation of economic activity to save operational costs and ensure appropriate quality and safety of services provided. One of the line of development for transportation companies is optimization of the fleet structure through the control of the vehicles used and their age structure. The carrier ability to meet timely market demands and transportation costs depends significantly on these factors. The passenger car fleet is most abundant and used for both meeting personal demands of citizens and transporting passengers. The authors have developed a technique for optimization of passenger car fleet structure, which is the first phase to create the overall universal technique for optimization motor vehicle fleet. This technique may be considered as an element of the integrated system to lower operational costs on the motor transport.

The question of determination of total cost of production on automobile exploitation with accounting of income from following sale is regarded in this article. Change of named costs meaning is described with curve with clearly defined minimum on a definite year of exploitation, which is depended on not only from the age and conditions of exploitation but also from the model of automobile. The authors suggest the methods of fleet of taxis structure determination with using of alignment chart.

QUANTUM MEASURING OF CONDITION AS IMPULSIVE FORCE OF COHERENT EVOLUTION AND "HEATING" OF MEASURING SYSTEM [№ 2 ' 2009]
On the example of two-level system it is shown that measuring instrument induces quantum evolution in measuring system, if operator of measured quantity does not commute with Hamiltonian which happens even if at the starting moment the system is in general condition. The authors suggest the solution of task about system transfer into orthogonal excited condition. Also they suggest two types of quantum evolution: oscillating and kinetic (nonoscillating), and also conditions of their appearance. It is confirmed that measuring instrument can increase the energy of non-singular system ("heat" it).

This article is devoted theoretical and experimental problem solution of quality appraisal of crankshaft bearings breaking-in of car engine. Mathematical model of oiling process in friction bearing is worked here, parameter of quality appraisal of friction bearings in the area of load-speed regime is proved and the dependences of parameters meanings of oil layer existence duration in separate main bearings and in the system of crankshaft bearings from load-speed regime and breaking-in duration are established theoretically and proved experimentally in this work. The methodic of quality appraisal of crankshaft friction bearing breaking-in of car engine at bench running-in is worked here too.
