STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF THE TEACHER FOR REALIZATION OF FGOS OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION [№ 4 ' 2018]
Strict requirements from society are imposed to the modern teacher and the states connected with large-scale cultural changes. Reforming of system of school education happens in the course of introduction of the new federal state educational standards (FSES). Successful realization of FGOS of the general education directly depends on the level of professional readiness of the teacher.
Problems of formation of professional readiness of the teacher of modern school for realization of FGOS are generally focused on preparation him to realization of the new labor functions defined in the professional standard of the teacher. Besides the created knowledge and abilities at the teacher valuable and semantic installations to modern educational strategy, understanding of importance of the changes happening in school, desire to work in new conditions have to be created. Emphasis in the course of formation of professional readiness of the modern teacher only on theoretical and practical preparation can’t be rather effective and contradicts activity approach. An important and backbone component is the motivational and personal component of professional readiness: understanding the teacher of value of the introduced innovations (first of all valuable and semantic installations of new standards of school), the importance of his professional activity.
The author has presented a matrix of assessment of level of professional readiness of the teacher for realization of FGOS of the general education which can be used for development of methodical diagnostic aids and self-diagnostics of the modern teacher of school. And also will allow to determine the level of professional readiness of the teacher for realization of FGOS of the general education.
Process of formation of professional readiness of the teacher for realization of FGOS of the general education will be influenced by various difficulties of the teacher: world outlook deficiencies, znaniyevy deficiencies, deficiencies of activity. The set of difficulties when forming professional readiness of the teacher for realization of FGOS of the general education is defined, first of all, by professional and personal features of each teacher.

PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE: PREVENTION OF VISUAL DETERIORATION [№ 4 ' 2018]
The study for vision acuity state among primary school age children was carried on the base of the lyceum school No.5 in Orenburg. The study included 649 children and their parents. According to the results of the examination all school children were divided into 3 groups: group 1 – children wearing glasses or contact lenses; group 2 – children without glasses or lenses, but with uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) less than 0.8; group 3 – children without glasses or lenses and UCVA more than 0.8.
It was found out that the number of children, not wearing glasses or contact lenses, and having UCVA above 0.8, decreases from form 2 to form 4, while the number of children with an UCVA under 0.8 increases twofold. In all age groups of 9–11 years, the cause of wearing glasses or lenses in the majority was myopia (9 years – 50 %, 11 years – 77.7 %). Children who did not wear glasses or lenses with UCVA above 0.8 already in form 2 (9 years) had myopic refraction in 16.5 %. In schoolchildren with UCVA less than 0.8 who had not wear glasses or lenses, the cause of vision loss was myopia in the absolute majority of children in all groups, besides that in all forms there were children having middle and high degree myopia, who had never worn glasses.
The main factor affecting the state of view of in schoolchildren of 9 and 10 years was excessive watching TV, and in 11 years old schoolchildren – games in the phone and the tablet. A low awareness of parents about the quantity of their children visual load was revealed. Symptoms of dry eye syndrome are more pronounced in children who have glasses and lenses, parents are also not fully aware of its presence. Schoolchildren and their parents received medical report on the state of their vision, which included measures to improve and preserve vision, as well as prevention of visual impairment. They also received the results of the questionnaire, which included a comparison of visual load in children and their parents’ view on this matter.

MEDICAL AND SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY OPEN-ANGLE GLAUCOMA IN ORENBURG REGION [№ 9 ' 2015]
The increase of glaucoma incidence is noticed in most of theRussian regions. So, its analysis during the period 1994—2002 had been conducted in 27 regions of Russia and showed the increaseof glaucoma incidence, on the average from 3.1 to 4.7 per 1 000 population.We conductedaretrospective reviewof 3 851 medical chartsof patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.The sample included patients with primary open angle glaucoma in both eyes, with follow-up for at least 3 years, without cataractsand other comorbiditiesin a medical history.According to the results of the examinationwe selected 185 patients corresponding to the selection criteria, and made data copies of outpatient cards. Over the follow up period, most patients applied during the period from 2005 to 2009. The longest follow up period was 19 years. According to the Stages of glaucoma all patients were divided as follows: I stage — 56 %; II stage — 13 %; III stage — 25 %; IV stage — 6 %.There was an increase trend by 2.5 % among glaucoma patients with III and IV glaucoma stages.The principal difference according to the stages in the structure of glaucoma between the right and left eyes hasn't been detected. All patients had glaucoma in both eyes, but it was at 23.5 % at the first visit in an advanced stage (III and IV degrees).The main part of glaucoma patients was at the age of 60—69 years, but 25 % of all glaucoma patients were of working age at the diagnosis.

COMPARATIVE ESTIMATION OF CRITERIA OF QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH OPHTHALMOPATHOLOGY [№ 12 ' 2014]
A person gets about 95 % of the information about the world around through the organ of sight. Even a slight decrease in vision can have a significant negative impact on quality of life. An anonymous survey of patients who first applied in Orenburg branch of "The S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Complex", in the period 2012–2014 years was carried out. Cataract was most often found in the age of 70–79 years. Most respondents with cataract, glaucoma, eye diabetes and retinal detachment rated their health as "mediocre", and the cause of their health status more often marked "Eyes".

MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY OPEN ANGLE GLAUCOMA DIAGNOSIS IN ORENBURG POLYCLINICS [№ 1 ' 2013]
Glaucoma is one of main disabling diseases in the world. There were analyzed 400 out-patient medical records with primary open angle glaucoma diagnosis. It is established that at majority of patients diagnosis glaucoma was detected at II and III degree, which shows the reconsideration necessity of existing medical examination system of this group.

PATHOGENETIC MEANING OF EJACULAT MICROFLORA IN FORMING OF MALE CHRONIC GONORRHEA [№ 12 ' 2005]
Peculiarities of specific structure of virulent and persistent characteristics of male ejaculat microflora at different forms of gonococcal infection are revealed in this article. The patient, who has fresh gonorrhoea, has decrease of specific variety as compared with a person in good health, whereas a patient, who has chronicle form of infection, has sowing different types of gonococcal microbe-associats, having high persistent potential. The meaning of revealed peculiarities of pathological biocenose in the process chronization is discussed in this article. Key words: gonococcal infection, ejacula, persistence, microflora.

JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES PURE ASSETS: ANALYSES AND VALUATION QUESTIONS [№ 4 ' 2002]
In the article the author has worked out the basic trends in pure assets analyses and valuation in Russian Federation civil code context and "Joint - Stock Companies" federal law. These questions were applied to because there is no Combined methodological basis of pure assets analyses and valuation in economic literature. Pure assets analyses is examined as a possibility to work in undesirable situations warning conditions without correcting their consequences. The question is to use pure assets to give grounds for administrative decision which is dictated by the financial managements inquiries.
