FORMATION OF COMPETENCES OF A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALLY-ORIENTED INTERACTION TECHNIQUE FOR THE FUTURE [№ 10 ' 2016]
In secondary vocational education in technical disciplines there is the problem of preparation of students to new conditions of labor. Studied the working conditions of the technicians of oil and gas wells. Used questionnaires to employers. It is established that in conditions of the shift method interaction is of team character. Communication within the watches may be of foreign language. In the literature was not considered in preparing College students for teamwork. In this regard, consider the concept of “team”, “professional team”, “professionally-oriented interaction”. Proven pedagogical conditions of formation of competences of team interaction. Conducted training of teachers of the College. Provided motivation to the development of a team of professional interaction. Created models of production situations on the integrated and binary lessons. Developed methodical complex. Used German language lessons and technical disciplines. A growth of the level of formation of professional competence of the command-oriented interaction of students in the experimental groups.

REACTION OF MESODERMAL TISSUE OF EYEBALL AT IMPLANTATION OF THE MECHANOACTIVATED BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL [№ 12 ' 2015]
Despite of state-of-the-art-technology, the mechanisms of reparative regeneration of connective tissue, in particular, of an eyeball are still not studied well. Understanding of such mechanisms is important due to wide-spread use of implantation of various bio-materials. The main reaction in recipient's tissue to the bio-material injection is the reaction of mesodermal tissue cells which must be evaluated when studying the process of reparative regeneration, including application of the specific markers. Authors researched experimentally the reaction of the cells of mesenchymal origin of a rabbit eyeball connective tissue in response to implantation of biomaterial of various size, using the specific marker of vimentin. It was shown that during implantation of bio-container with mechanically activated biomaterial of human placenta, at the implantation zone there was observed mesenchymal cell reaction, more intense in comparison with coarse-ground analogue and macroscopic implant. However, it was noticed the activation of elements of fibroplastic and endothelial cell, that means significant bio-response of recipient's mesenchymal tissue. Application of specific marker of vimentin reveals the reaction of the connective tissue cells of mesenchymal origin. This is important for understanding the process of reparative regeneration of recipient's tissue in response to implantation, also when using mechanically activated implants not studied before.

POPULATION ECOLOGY OF SMALL MAMMALS IN FLOOD-PLAIN FORESTS OF SAKMARA RIVER (ORENBURG REGION) [№ 10 ' 2015]
During field study period since 1972 up to 2015 in two localities of Orenburg region (Kuvandyk city and Chorny Otrog township) at flood-plain forests of Sakmara River and some other attached biotopes, including steppe fragments, we found 19šspecies of rodents and 6 species of insectivorous mammals. For the above time interval we revealed a decrease of proportion of some species and taxonomic groups in the structure of communities of small mammals. Among them there were: gray voles of genus Microtus (arvalis, agrestis, oeconomus), the Northern Birch Mouse (Sicista betulina), shrews of genus Sorex (araneus, minutus), however the Striped Field Mouse (Apodemus agrarius) was identified in last years (2010, 2014–2015) only. Using long-term July data on small mammals trapping at flood-plain forests of Sakmara River sinceš1986 up to 2015šyear period we found parallel decrease of biological diversity in the two localities inferred from 10šbiodiversity indices assessing species richness, dominance, diversity and evenness. In Chorny Otrog locality the dominant relations among species within community were changed in just recent years: now the Pigmy wood mouse (Sylvaemus uralensis) became a dominant (the most abundant) species instead of the Bank vole (Myodes glareolus). Population ecology analysis of Bank voles and Pigmy wood mouse has revealed parallelism in changes of their population features (age ratio and some reproductive indices) connected with conditions of the year of comparison. The rate of reproduction in populations of both species decreased inš2015 in comparison withš1986. Differences between populations as well as between species were expressed lower than those between years.

ASSESSMENT OF BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES AND PRODUCTIVITY PHYTOCENOSIS CENTRAL ORENBURZHYE [№ 10 ' 2015]
South Ural is one of the anthropogenic changes in Russia. The presence of water in the soil is one of the most important conditions for chemical, biological, physical and chemical processes. Geomorphological heterogeneity of the steppes is the determining factor of their biodiversity. The main reason is the redistribution of moisture in relief. Findings of the soil moisture of the Orenburg region are the result of field research conducted during 2014 and which included a route survey of soils in areas with sampling cloyam of 0–10šcm, 10–20šcm, 30–40šcm and 40–50šcm. edaphic factors are all parts of a typical ecological series. A prerequisite biogeotsenologicheskih research is to describe the floristic composition of the studied areas. To do this, they collected samples of herbaceous plant species and analyzed the frequency of species, the relative density of the population in all 23šareas of the Orenburg region. During the study identified about 250šspecies of plants belonging to 36šfamilies. We studied the productivity of plant communities. To find that the species belonging to different groups of plants is reflected in the distribution of phytomass between them. Throughout the growing season examined the number of litter meadow. During the growing season increases the mass of litter meadow, and the proportion of basic grains, the end of the vegetative mass of accumulated litter meadow max. All fields of the dominant benchmark sites are perennials (90.2š%). Structure and productivity of grasslands depends on environmental factors and on fenosostoyaniya plants. The basis of the eluvial grass area is a group of plants xerophilous environmental series, ie, xerophytes, xeromesophyte: FestßcavalesiÂca (fescue), Agropyroncristatum (crested wheatgrass), Stipacapillata (feather hair-worm), ArtemÎsiaabsÎnthium (wormwood). It should be noted that some types of ubiquitous, i.še. in at superaqual and ellyuvialnyh areas, so for example ArtemÎsiaabsÎnthium (wormwood), Phleumphleoides (steppe timothy), Brōmusinērmis (brome), Festucapratensis (meadow fescue). The study revealed the influence of relief on soil moisture elementary landscapes. Soils superaqual (floodplain) and accumulative-eluvial landscapes (lowland) moistened better than the eluvial (hills and slopes) or urbanozem. Accordingly, higher productivity and biodiversity superaqual (floodplain) than eluvial landscapes.

A MATHEMATICAL MODEL TO PREDICT EROSION ON SLOPING AGROLANDSCAPE [№ 9 ' 2015]
Erosion processes on sloping landscapes lead to reduction of soil fertility, a substantial decrease in yields of crops, not the observance of technological process of machine-tractor unit, destruction of roads for agricultural purposes, etc. Surface detention of runoff received considerable attention, because solving them, perhaps, to actively manage the processes of shtokoobraznye and soil erosion on sloping landscapes. Various approaches used today for evaluation of erosion processes in most cases do not correspond to the real process. Observed discrepancy of the calculated data and experiments should be attributed to lack of accounting standards and parameters of the soil. These settings on sloping agricultural landscapes are changing significantly and hydraulics of sheet flow has its principal features, in comparison with fluvial processes. Proposed to be used to estimate erosion processes that occur on sloping landscapes, mathematical model for prediction of soil loss from agricultural fields. Given the fundamental features of the hydraulics of sheet flow when designing anti-erosion technologies, the mathematical model included the hydraulic losses of the watercourse to overcome the resistance of the underlying surface, erosion and transportation of sediment. Approbation of the developed model was carried out according to field research performed on-site SHPK "Work" batyrevskogo district of the Chuvash Republic. The results of the determination of the studied hydrophysical parameters and predict the number of washed-out soils for a particular site is presented in the form of maps with isolines. To change hydrophysical and erosive properties of the soil it is desirable to apply the promising methods of sowing of agricultural crops, for example, be combined seedbed preparation sowing, thus to reduce the number of driveways mA-tire-tractor unit for agricultural field and minimizes the interaction of working bodies of agricultural machines with the soil.

IMPLANT-CARRIER NANOPARTICLES APPLICATION UNDER THE EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS [№ 4 ' 2013]
Implantation influence of implant containing human nanodispersed placentae on processes of reparational regenerations in experimental conditions on rabbits is studied. It is shown that considerable biological effects occur not only on contact border sclera — implant, and practically in all thickness of sclera in a zone of implantation of the implant with human nanodispersed placenta. Thus there is a strengthening as actually the recipient sclera in the field of not less 1/2 of its thickness, and shaping thick connecting-woven formation in zone of the implantations on a surface of sclera that significantly surpasses similar changes with application of a implant without human nanodispersed placenta.
