EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF A 0.1 % SOLUTION OF BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE ON THE CONDITION OF THE CORNEA IN RABBITS ^{[№ 12 ' 2015]}
In order to create an experimental model of toxic corneal erosion in rabbits we have studied clinical and functional condition of the cornea (with use of confocal microscopy and quantitative calculation of the area of desquamated epithelium) and comparative assessment of the effect by instillation surface-active 0.1 % solution of benzalkonium chloride (experimental group) four times a day for 7 days, and saline solution (control group) on the rabbit cornea. It was shown that instillation of 0.1 % benzalkonium chloride for 7 days induced toxic corneal erosion, which is perspective for further development of new methods for treatment and prevention of this nosology.

TO THE PROBLEM OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGH SCHOOL`S STUDENTS ^{[№ 4 (app.1) ' 2005]}
The theoretical analysis of a problem has allowed the author of the article to define the communicative competence (CC) as a set of communicative strategy (a motivational component) and means (knowledge, attainments, skills), used in the concrete situation interpersonal, group and public communication with a view of realization of its basic functions (report of the information, perception and estimation, organization of interaction and influence), caused by: the previous experience of interaction with the other people; a level of development of abilities; individual features of the person. Specification of essence of the communicative competence has allowed presenting the structure of formation promoting understanding of ways of its perfection.
