THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ACTIVITY OF THE LOCAL INFLAMMATORY, IMMUNE AND PROLIFERATIVE PROCESSES IN THE PATHOGENESIS OF PROLIFERATIVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY [№ 12 ' 2015]
Currently discussed the significance of the activity of the inflammatory process, immune response, imbalance of cytokines and other biologically active substances in the mechanisms of the development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. However, many aspects of the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy remain insufficiently studied. In addition the relationship between the activity of the inflammatory process, vascular proliferation and disorders of the immune response in the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy are debated and require in-depth study. In the study was established the importance of the local inflammatory and proliferative processes and activation of the immune response in the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy, what is confirmed by the presence in the vitreous significantly higher concentrations of interleukin 4, 6, 8, 17A, vascular endothelial growth factor, monocyte chemotactic protein-1, transforming growth factor-beta 2, growth factor pigment epithelium and sIgA. Statistically analysis found presence correlative relationship between markers the reflecting activity immune inflammatory and proliferative processes [VEGF and TGF-β2 (r = 0.46, p < 0.05); VEGF and IL-17A (r = 0.45, p < 0.05); VEGF and IL-8 (r = 0.45, p < 0.05); PEDF and IL 17A (r = 0.48, p < 0.05); PEDF and IL-8 (r = 0.58, p < 0.05); IL-17A and IL-8 (r = 0.59, p < 0.05); IL-17A and IL-4 (r = 0.62, p < 0.05); IL-8 and IL-4 (r = 0.71, p < 0.01), and others]. The findings suggest an association between the development of local immuno-inflammatory and proliferative processes in the mechanisms of development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.

MANAGEMENT OF FUEL AND ECOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CAR DUE TO HEAT EXCHANGE OF UNDER HOOD SPACE WITH ENVIRONMENT [№ 4 ' 2015]
In work heat exchange of under hood space with the engine and environment is considered. The description of the processes promoting change of parameters of heat exchange of the engine with under hood space and under hood space with environment is provided. Operating modes the thermostat depending on temperature of cooling liquid are described. Opportunities additional economy of fuel on cars in use are found. Dependences of change of volume of emissions of the polluting substances with the fulfilled gases are established: nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, etc. It is established that operating heat exchange processes of under hood space decrease in emissions of NOx with the fulfilled gases for 4,9 % is reached. Also operating heat exchange process of under hood space increase of efficiency of operation of the car due to reduction of time of warming up by 5,3 % and increases in time of cooling of the engine by 20,3 % is reached. Thus this contribution is brought by only the top lattice of a radiator, blocking it we reduce heat exchange with environment. Researches were conducted on the engine with the distributed injection of fuel and with use of the modern equipment. Temperature from eight channels (eight sensors) located as inside, and out of under hood space in characteristic zones was at the same time fixed. When carrying out pilot studies the car was under natural conditions operation with observance of conditions on free heat removal and in the absence of the conditions accelerating branch process. All experiments repeated repeatedly and under various temperature conditions of environment. The reached results allow to reduce negative impact of the motor transport on environment due to decrease in volume of emissions of the polluting substances with the fulfilled gases.

INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECTS OF THE EXCIMER LASER WITH A WAVELENGTH OF 308 NM ON SCLERAL TISSUE [№ 4 ' 2013]
The paper presents the results of experiments series using an excimer laser at 308 nm (KrF) to the scleral tissue. The main parameters of influence: the threshold energy density ablation, ablation rate. The comparative characteristics of the excimer laser with a wavelength of 248, 308, 353 nm were described. The optimal UF wavelength for effects on the sclera was determined.

IMBALANCE CYTOKINES IN THE TEAR FLUID IN PATIENTS WITH AUTOIMMUNE UVEITIS [№ 4 ' 2013]
Study activity the local immunoinflammatory process in patients with autoimmune uveitis. We examined 60 patients with autoimmune uveitis (study group) not receiving basic treatment system autoimmune disease and 20 control patients. In the lacrimal fluid of patients before treatment, by enzyme immunoassay, was conducted determination of IL-17A, IL-8, IL-6, IL-4. Found that in the pathogenesis of uveitis associated with systemic autoimmune diseases, an important role is the development of local immunoinflammatory process, which is manifested in a significant increase in tear fluid of surveyed patients, concentrations of proinflammatory cytokines IL-17A, IL-8, that accompanied by increased concentrations of IL-4, IL-6, which play a significant role in the development of autoimmune response and chronic inflammatory processes in their relationship, which was confirmed data correlation analysis

CONTENTS VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR AND SEVERAL CYTOKINES IN THE VITREOUS BODY PATIENTS WITH PROLIFERATIVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY [№ 12 ' 2012]
Conducted determination of the concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor, interleukin 17A and 10 in the vitreous body of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Found that in the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy activity of local immuno-inflammatory process (increased concentrations of IL-17A) and vascular proliferation (increased concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor) plays significant role. Identified correlations indicate the relationship of these processes.

TEMPERATURE FIELDS OF UNDERCOWLING SPACE OF MOTOR CAR [№ 10 ' 2011]
The article is informed about analysis of research results of temperature fields of undercowling space of VAZ-2112 motor car produced domestically. The research was performed by two stages: on a stationary car and when driving it. To fix temperatures modern equipment was used that can give more accurate results.
