Tinkov A.A., Nikonorov A.A. INFLUENCE OF IRON AND COPPER CONSUMPTION ON ADIPOGENESIS AND ATHEROGENESIS INITIATION IN WISTAR RATS [№ 12 ' 2013] The aim of the current study was investigation of the iron and copper consumption of the adipogenic effect of the high-fat diet and development of atherogenic changes of the lipoprotein profile in Wistar rats. It has been shown that Fe2+ and Cu2+ consumption potentiates the adipogenic effect of the high-fat diet as assessed by absolute and relative adipose tissue content in the rats' organism. It has been estimated that ecologically-relevant doses of iron and copper induce atherogenic changes in the serum lipoprotein spectra in the experimental animals.
Tinkov A.A., Rogachova M.N., Nikonorov A.A. CHRONIC CONSUMPTION OF IRON AND COPPER SALTS WITH DRINKING WATER INDUCES OXIDATIVE DAMAGE OF SERUM PROTEINS AND LIPIDS [№ 6 ' 2012] In the current experiment on female Wistar rats the influence of inorganic salts of Fe and Cu on intensity of free radical oxidation was studied. It is shown that consumption of Fe and Cu with drinking water in doses which exceed maximum permissible concentration 2– and 4-fold for three months induces free radical oxidation processes leading to cumulation of lipid peroxidation (TBARS) and protein oxidation (carbonyls and fluorescent amino acids) products. It is estimated that prooxidant action of isolated iron salts is more potent than in case of copper salts, while the combined consumption of copper and iron is more effective in inducing free radical oxidation than isolated metals.
Yakovlev, DI, Prokofiev, AB, Tinkoff AN, Nikonorov AA HYPOLIPIDEMIC EFFECTS OF COURSE ALTITUDE CHAMBER HYPOXIA IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION [№ 12 ' 2009] The effect of adaptation to periodic pressure chamber hypoxia (APBG) on the state of lipid profile of blood serum in 45 patients with myocardial infarction (MI) in a period of healing in comparison with the physical training that was conducted on 15 patients. Found that adaptive therapy leads to a significant reduction in total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride and atherogenic index. Revealed that the rate APBG accompanied by significant decrease by 6,6% of arolipoproteinov A1 in the serum, the major apo of HDL.

QUANTITATIVE INDICATORS FOR DORSAL ROOTS OF THE INFERIOR CERVICAL, THORACIC AND LUMBAR SPINAL NERVES [№ 12 ' 2008] The aim of the work is to obtain morphometric characteristics of dorsal roots of the inferior cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal nerves. The segmental change to various parameters of dorsal roots of spinal nerves was described. The data obtained might be used in applied medicine.

CLINICAL EFFICIENCY OF HYPOBAROTHERAPY AT MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION PATIENTS DURING OUT-PATIENT - POLYCLINIC STAGE OF REHABILITA-TION [№ 12 ' 2005] Inspection of 57 men with myocardial infarction in the period of scarring (middle age is 52,4 years) is carried out, at which as a method of rehabilitation periodic hypoxia was applied in conditions of pressure chamber "Ural 1". The complex of inspection, including bicycle ergometry and holterovskiy monitoring, is carried out up to the beginnings and after end of the rehabilitation course. It is established, that the given method renders significant medical effect at 89 % of patients, due to reduction of symptoms both specific, and common character, authentic growth of tolerance to physical loading, reduction of number and duration episodes of an ischemia and decrease of extrasystole activity. Key words: a myocardial infarction, rehabilitation, altitude chamber hypoxia.
