COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ABILITY OF FLORA URBAN AREAS TO ACCUMULATION OF HEAVY METALS [№ 10 ' 2013] The paper studies the ability of trees and shrubs in urban areas to absorb heavy metals. The study was identified Election ability of some species of flora in the city of Orenburg and Buzuluk to the accumulation of copper and zinc.
Teslya A.V. Galaktionova L.V. Vasilchenko A.S., Yeliseyevа M.V. ASSESSMENT OF POLLUTION OF TYPICAL AND SOUTHERN PETROLEUM CHERNOZEMS PREDURALIE [№ 6 ' 2013] The problem of oil pollution of soils of forest-steppe and steppe landscapes of the Orenburg region. Based on the determination of hydrocarbons in the soil, the contamination levels and the typical southern black soil, and the degree of disturbance. The obtained data allow us to make recommendations to prevent adverse effects on the soil ecosystem.

MORPHOLOGICAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BACTERIA BACILLUS CEREUS AT VARIOUS STAGES OF THE LIFE CYCLE [№ 10 ' 2012] Using atomic force microscopy (AFM) the life cycle of spore-forming Gram-positive organisms Bacillus cereus IP 5832 was investigated. The morphological and mechanical changes of single bacterial cells by their long-term culturing were described. It is shown decreasing the number of viable cells at the 5 day of cultivation and no viable cells in bacterial population at 15 day. In this case, the presence of spores which are morphologically differentiated forms of resting cells was revealed by AFM.
Rusanov A.M., Teslja A.V. MODIFICATION OF THE BASIC PROPERTIES OF THE STEPPE SOIL AS A RESULT OF THEIR POSTAGROGENNOJ TRANSFORMATION [№ 6 ' 2012] Translation of the staropahotnyh steppe chernozems in the occurrence within 15–20 years is manifested through the recovery of the species and other natural vegetation indicators of geobotanic to kvazinatural?nogo status and change all the genetic properties of soils: increases the content of organic matter and its qualitative structure, improving structural State, reduced density, increased water permeability. Thus the former arable soils are approaching their Virgin counterparts.
Shorina T.S., Teslia A.V., Popov A.V. ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SOIL ROADSIDE TERRITORIES ORENBURG [№ 6 ' 2012] The influence of roads on the Orenburg indicators of ecological status of soils surrounding areas: the content of pollutants and phytotoxicity of soil. It was revealed that in most cases there is a critical environmental situation.
Rusanov A.M., Teslya A.V., Prichogai N.I., Turlibekova D.M. THE CONTENT OF TOTAL AND MOBILE FORMS OF HEAVY METALS IN SOILS OF ORSK CITY [№ 4 ' 2012] The aim of this article was to study of problems of soil contamination by various forms of heavy metals. At the same time in the studied areas the excess of minimal allowably concentration of some heavy metals was detected. Note, that nickel is the major polluting element in the influence zone of the Southern Urals Nickel Plant. At the same time, the assessment of the investigated areas in terms of risk to public health, the data on the chemical composition of the investigated soils can be attributed to the category of permissible contamination levels.
Rusanov A.M., Tesla A.V., Sayagfarova A.M., Tehnenko E.I. HUMUS RECOVERY STATUS UNDER STEPPE CHERNOZEM LONG-TERM DEPOSITS. [№ 12 ' 2011] Studies of ordinary chernozem Urals, which are derived from arable land since 1995, revealed that the rate of humus status of soils under natural vegetation, reached in fifteen years of its quasi-stationary state, close to the values inherent in virgin counterparts.
Klevtsova I.N., Umarova A.B., Anilova L.V., Teslya A.V. BIOCLIMATIC RECOURSES AND PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CHERNOZEMS AND LIVER-COLORED SOILS OF ORENBURG PREDURAL [№ 5 ' 2007] Soil subtypes of Orenburg Predural confined to typical plant associations from pile-motley grass with chernozems leached till wormwood-feather grass-fescue with liver-colored soils are researched in this article. It is established, that soil density, its permeability and other water-physical characteristics are changed at zonal consecution in connection with change of humus content at comparative constancy of granulometric staff, sizes of specific surface area and solidity of soil hard phase.
