CLINICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION OF INTRAOCULAR SAFETY OF NEW BIODEGRADABLE IMPLANT [№ 12 ' 2015]
The purpose of researcher is clinical and morphological substantiation of biodegradable implant safety during it's anterior chamber and intravitreal injection. The research was performed on 60 (120 eyes) rabbits chinchilla. Clinical examination, electroretinography and histology with light microscopy were performed after 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30 days. To assess the status of intraocular structures prior to implantation and in the dynamics underwent ophthalmic examination: biomicroscopy, photographic registration of fundus images, electroretinography. The results of the study indicates the safety of the intraocular injection of unsaturated and saturated dexamethasone implants.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF A 0.1 % SOLUTION OF BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE ON THE CONDITION OF THE CORNEA IN RABBITS [№ 12 ' 2015]
In order to create an experimental model of toxic corneal erosion in rabbits we have studied clinical and functional condition of the cornea (with use of confocal microscopy and quantitative calculation of the area of desquamated epithelium) and comparative assessment of the effect by instillation surface-active 0.1 % solution of benzalkonium chloride (experimental group) four times a day for 7 days, and saline solution (control group) on the rabbit cornea. It was shown that instillation of 0.1 % benzalkonium chloride for 7 days induced toxic corneal erosion, which is perspective for further development of new methods for treatment and prevention of this nosology.

ULTRASOUND BIOMICROSCOPY SELF-DESCRIPTIVENESS IN ACTIVE STAGES OF RETINOPATHY OF PREMATURITY DIAGNOSTICS [№ 12 ' 2014]
To study anatomical-topographical features of the anterior segment of the eye at different stages of retinopathy of prematurity. Material and metods. Ultrasound biomicroscopy was performed at 217 eyes of 122 premature babies with different stages of retinopathy of prematurity. Results and discussion. Ultrasound biomicroscopy expands the data of comprehensive eye examination, that allows to use it as an additional tool in determining of the management of retinopathy of prematurity in combination with the data of other objective methods.

PATTERN RETINAL PHOTOCOAGULATION FOR ACTIVE STAGES OF RETINOPATHY OF PREMATURITY [№ 12 ' 2014]
The article is aimed to develop a differentiated approach to laser treatment for active stages of retinopathy of prematurity using pattern retinal photocoagulation and evaluate its effectiveness. The study was conducted at 1158 eyes 613 premature infants. In the main group pattern retinal photocoagulation (Pascal) was performed, in the control — in single pulse regime. Pattern photocoagulation advantages as compared with standard are the significant reduction in the duration of the intervention (not less than 2 times) and high dosage of impact.

MORPHOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF RETINAL VESSELS AT CLASSICAL COURSE OF RETINOPATHY OF PREMATURITY ACTIVE STAGES [№ 4 ' 2013]
By means of the software "ROP-MORFOMETRY" made morphometric analysis of digital images of 155 (310 eyes) prematurity children with I, II and III of the active stages of retinopathy of prematurity. Vessels studied temporal and nasal arcades of the central zone and peripheral fundus. Accurate quantitative criteria diameter of retinal vessels, characterized by high and low risk of disease progression within each stage, defined diagnostic markers active course of retinopathy of prematurity with high risk of progression.

TREATMENT RESULTS OF PREMATURITY RETINOPATHY [№ 4 ' 2013]
On the development refraction prematurity children with ROP influence the anatomical features of their eyes — spherophakia, a combination of short anterior-posterior axis eye with a high refractive power of the cornea. The formation of myopic refraction is often connected with a large area of coagulation. Also, quite often, low visual functions to develop due to concomitant pathology of the Central nervous system — the defeat of the visual centers, pathways and atrophy of optic nerve.

SYSTEMIC APPROACH TO OPHTHALMOLOGIC HELP SYSTEM FOR PREMATURE INFANTS [№ 12 ' 2012]
The ophthalmologic help system for premature infants in Central region of Russia combines all directions from detailed diagnostic to hich-technology treatment. It allows to reproduce one all over the Russian Federation territory.

STAGE-BY-STAGE APPROACH IN RETINOPATHY OF PREMATURITY TREATMENT [№ 12 ' 2012]
The basic regulations of the complex retinopathy of prematurity treatment are early, within first 6 weeks of chronologic age, photocoagulation to delay progression of the retinal detachment and to stabilize vascularity, and early vitrectomy if ROP progressing after the laser treatment.

RUSSIAN-JAPANESE INVESTMENT COLLABORATION AND PERSPECTIVES OF ITS DEVELOPMENT [№ 6 ' 2006]
Modern condition of investment collaboration between Russia and Japan at oil-gas sphere, also in the sphere of energy in such directions as exploration and development of oil, gas and coal fields, its transportation and working, is regarded in this article. General condition of two-sided investment collaboration is appreciated here as unstable and inappropriate to mutual opportunities. Peculiarities of modern stage of Russian and Japanese economics development are marked in this work and real suppositions for mutual increase and economic relations sphere enlargement due to diversification of trend and forms of business collaboration are shown here.
