ECOLOGICAL ESTIMATION OF POLLUTION BY HEAVY METALS OF SOILS OF INDUSTRIAL ZONES OF SIBAY CITY [№ 12 ' 2017] The state of soils affects the environment and natural resources, the level of economic and social development and public health. In this paper, the content of heavy metals in the soils of the center of the mining industry of the Trans-Ural region of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Sibai, has been studied. Sibai soils contamination with heavy metals is associated with anthropogenic activity and differs in various degrees of concentration. In the soils, high concentrations of gross and mobile forms of Cu, Zn, Ni, Mn, Cd were detected. A number of accumulations of metals have been formed over the gross content: Zn < Cu < Co < Cd < Pb < Mn < Ni < Fe, from mobile forms: Cu < Zn < Mn < Cd < Ni < Co < Pb < Fe. According to the total pollution index, the ecological status of the studied urban soils is estimated as “moderately dangerous” and “permissible”.

ADDITIONS TO ADVENTIVE AND SYNANTHROPIC FLORA OF THE SOUTH URAL RESERVE [№ 6 ' 2016] The process of synanthropization of the flora affected not only protected areas but also areas relating to specially protected, including protected. One of the first steps in the obstacle synanthropization Flor should be their inventory. The article presents information on the findings of 33 plant species identified in the study of commensal flora of the South Ural reserve. Specify habitat, the degree of participation and cenotype described species. Of the identified 33 species 12 refers to the natural flora of the Republic of Bashkortostan, 21 are synanthropic. Among synanthropic lead ruderal species — 36 %, segetal species represented 6 %, adventive species — 15 % of the total complement flora of the reserve types. Thus, the flora of the South Ural reserve were supplemented with 33 new species and 780 species of higher vascular plants, native flora includes over 700 species, adventive — 80.

MIGRATION OF HEAVY METALS IN WATER ECOSYSTEMS OF THE GEOCHEMICAL PROVINCE OF ZAURALIE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF LAKES TCHEBARKUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN) [№ 5 ' 2016] To determine the content of copper, zinc, iron, manganese and cadmium in water, sediments, aquatic plants and organs of fish of the lake Chebarkul. The total index of pollution of water with heavy metals (Zc) forms a series of decreasing Fe > Zn > Mn > Cu > Cd.The water quality corresponds to the category from "moderately dangerous" to "dangerous".In the sediments the heavy metal compounds decreases in the series Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu > Cd. Elodea canadensis L. is the hub of Zn and Mn, Sphagnum Dill L. and Carex paniculata L. reject all heavy metals. In all studied plants by heavy metals form a decreasing series: Mn > Zn > Fe > Cu > Cd. According to the degree of concentration of heavy metals in the organs of common carp and perch ordinary can be arranged in the following decreasing range: gills > liver > kidney > bones > scales > muscles. For the studied organs and tissues of both fish species characterized by the following ranges of accumulation: Fe (Zn) > Zn (Fe) > Mn > Cu > Cd.
Khasanova R.F., Suyundukov Ya.T., Salmanova E.F. OPTIMIZATION OF SOIL HUMUS CONDITION STEPPE AGROECOSYSTEMS [№ 10 ' 2015] The development of virgin land and arable use leads to a decrease of humus content in the soil, which is accompanied by the gradual destruction of valuable units and leads to the development of erosion processes, degradation of vast areas of steppe ecosystems. Restoration of disturbed steppe ecosystem is to recover as the natural vegetation and soil steppes. Perennial grasses form a large amount of organic matter and promote the formation of humus, activate vital activity of the soil microflora, provide cycling of matter, the formation of soil aggregates, and others. Thanks to a strong root system of perennial grasses also provide erosion protection of the humus layer of the flushing and blowing. The research is devoted to studying the role of perennial grasses to stabilize the soil with humus Zauralye the Republic of Bashkortostan. It was revealed that under perennial grasses, especially under the natural grass communities there is an intensive restoration of humus, which is closely correlated with the parameters of a biomass plant. Increased humus content decreasing the size of the units is accompanied by an increase in their water stability (r = 0,62). Introduction to the field crop rotations sown perennial grasses allows 2–3 years to increase the humus content in the soil at 0.3–0.5 %. Create Agrostep contributed to the restoration of natural vegetation and a positive balance of humus, the soil close to the virgin nature of the content and profile distribution. The most effective humification process occurs under steppes in the version with 4-kratnym disking on the background of fertilizers.

PHYTOMELIORATIVE WAY OF REMEDIATION OF SOIL PROPERTIES OF STEPPE ECOSYSTEMS [№ 6 ' 2014] Influence of sown perennial herbs and herbs from among of natural communities on agrophysical properties of Chernozems of Trans-Ural of the Republic of Bashkortostan (RB) is studied. Effective phytomeliorants for restoration of Chernozems in a North-South gradient are revealed. Restoration of the degraded soils' properties of agroecosystems of Trans-Ural of the RB under the agrosteppes created by the Dzybov method is investigated. Various options are considered and the most effective combinations of soil handling for agrosteppes are identified.
Semenova I.N., Suyundukov Ya.T. EVALUATION OF SIBAY SOIL TOXICITY BY AZOTOBACTER CULTURE [№ 10 ' 2013] With the culture of Azotobacter assess the toxicity of ordinary chernozem of the Republic of Bashkortostan Sibai which are subject to influence from the mining factory. Nitrogen-fixing Azotobacter culture grows in soils analyzed in different ways, the differences observed in the growth rate, the percentage of fouling soil lumps and the diameter of the colonies. This difference may be due to different levels of heavy metals in soils of the city.

EFFECTS OF ZEOLITES ON ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY IN ORDINARY CHERNOZEM IN CASE OF LEAD CONTAMINATION [№ 12 ' 2011] In study of enzymatic activity of soil, polluted with Pb, it was found that when the lead content was up to 10 MACs (maximum allowable concentrations), urease activity in nonfertilized soil was reduced to 50%, proteolytic activity — to 25%, and cellulolytic аctivity — to 36% from activity in uncontaminated soil. In the presence of zeolites and organic fertilizers, this effect was less pronounced.
