IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PEDAGOGICAL MODEL OF CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS FORMATION IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROCESS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS [№ 4 ' 2021]
The effectiveness of the formation of civic consciousness as a personal quality among students in higher education is due to various factors and circumstances. The formation of citizenship among students in the educational environment depends on the content and orientation of the entire educational process in all areas of training in general, and on the content of the process of physical education in particular.
We have conducted a theoretical study of psychological and pedagogical approaches to the formation of civic consciousness based on the theory of personality and activity, general scientific principles of the implementation of personality-activity, system-synergetic and value-oriented approaches. We saw the insufficiency in the content of pedagogical approaches and methods, and conditions for the formation of civic consciousness.
For the formation of civic consciousness among students at the university in the process of physical education, we have developed a set of pedagogical conditions necessary and sufficient for the implementation of the methodology for the formation of civic consciousness. The methodological aspect included the theoretical foundations of the formation of civic consciousness. This is the study of special literature, lectures, conversations, debates and discussions and practical exercises. Special attention was paid during the implementation of our program to practice-oriented classes, where an individual approach was applied and independent activity of students was stimulated.
We conducted an experiment in which two groups of 20 third-year ISGIM students took part. As a result of the experimental work, we determined the levels and criteria for the formation of civic consciousness among students in the experimental and control groups, which allowed us to conclude about the effectiveness of the methodology that was applied in the educational practice of the discipline “Physical Culture”.

MACROPHYTES IN THE STRUCTURE OF FORMATION OF THE URAL RIVER ECOSYSTEM [№ 10 ' 2015]
Macrophytes are the one of the main objects of bioindication aquatic's ecosystems, since they are environmental component. This indicates to necessity studying of the floristic composition of plant community and its dynamics in conditions of anthropogenic impact. All the plants refer to flowered plants of the two classesš— Liliopsida and MagnoliÏpsida in the flora of macrophytes of the Ural river. Was studied the species diversity of macrophytes and their systematic affiliation. Were identified the main ecological groups of aquatic macrophytes. The most numerous ecological group are hydrophytes, most of which are represented by a group of submerged, rooting hydrophytes. The least numerous group among them are hydrophytes, submerged, rooting. The authors for the first time provide comparative data on floristic diversity of the studied stations in the middle reaches of the Ural river in the Orenburg region with previously obtained data on the flora of water ecosystems of the Orenburg TRANS-Urals and the Orenburg region: the group of hygrophytes prevails in general among plants in the phytocenoses of the Orenburg region. Species richness and dominance of macrophytes on the Ural river in the Orenburg region in 2009 was represented by 10šspecies, while inš2013 17šspecies of macrophytes with different levels of species richness and dominance. As a dominant ecological group of macrophytes was hydrophytes not rooting, exclusive dominance was characterized by the aquatic plant Ceratophyllum demersum, which acted as dominant at 8šstations.

THE ROLE OF MACROPHYTES IN THE SELF-CLEANING PROCESS OF THE URAL RIVER WATERCOURSES FROM POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS [№ 10 ' 2015]
The macrophytes serve as a storage of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) entering aquatic ecosystems. There were no identified clear correlations between the concentrations of the studied pollutants in water, sediments and macrophytes, but showed interspecific differences in the accumulation of PCBs in macrophytes. The analysis of the absorption coefficient of PCBs from macrophytes revealed clear differences in the accumulation processes of these pollutants in different species. Found that the most active drives toxicants Ceratophyllium demersum (Kbš— 2š967.74), Lemna minor (Kbš— 2š933.33), Hydrocharis morsus-ranae (Kbš— 1š225.81). Group-specific hubs PCBs can be considered rooting macrophytes, which can act as the main object for diagnostic monitoring of the current ecological status of the Ural River. Probably the removal of this vegetation from the water environment can be used to activate the processes of self-purification and reducing the secondary pollution of PCBs. There is shown that during the growing season is a redistribution of entering the body of water between the components of the ecosystem polychlorinated biphenyls: their content is reduced in water and bottom sediments in autumn, but increases in macrophytes, which contributes to the temporary removal of PCBs from ecotopia, i.e. the migration of PCBs are carried out in the ecosystem of the pond through the chain of "waterš— macrophytesš— bottom sediments". Identification of this fact to identify practical recommendations: to reduce water pollution PCBs should be carried out mowing (removal) of the macrophyte ponds that will prevent the return of contaminants in the ecosystem in the process of withering away.

HYDROBIOCENOSISMACROPHYTES AND THEIR ROLE IN THE REMOVAL PROCESSES OF POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS FROM NATURAL RESERVOIRS [№ 12 ' 2011]
Was shown the role of macrophytes in water self-purification of polychlorinated biphenyls. Was determined by the concentration of PCBs in macrophytes growing in the study area, and we calculated the coefficients of biological absorption of PCBs by aquatic plants of different ecological groups in the temporal aspect.

ECOLOGIC-CHEMICAL MONITORING OF A STATE OF BOTTOM-DWELLING DEPOSITS OF WATER ECOSYSTEMS IN TERRAIN OF THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 12 ' 2011]
The findings of investigation of an ecological state of water ecosystems of the Orenburg region is submitted on the basis of monitoring chemical pollution of a firm fraction of bottom-dwelling deposits. Is shown, that the ecological state of water ecosystems per both years of researches was characterized as rather safe.

EVALUATION OF HYDRO CHEMICAL POLLUTION OF WATER ECOSYSTEMS IN TERRAIN OF THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 12 ' 2011]
The findings of investigation of an ecological state of water ecosystems of the Orenburg region is submitted on the basis of monitoring chemical pollution water drawing of bottom-dwelling deposits. The presence is given of a wide spectrum of pollutants (69 elements is established and the evaluation of a degree of a load of pollutants of different bunches of water ecosystems of the Orenburg region.

REACTION OF PROTECTIVE ENZYMES BIVALVIA MOLLUSCUMS OF KIND UNIO PICTORUM ON LEAD AND MERCURY INFLUENCE [№ 12 ' 2011]
In experiment expressed dynamics of activity of the enzymes, bound to an increasing toxic load was traced. Presence of ions of lead of different concentration didn't cause sharp changes of activity of enzymes. Organisms of molluscums react to the maximum concentration of ions of mercury the strongest splash in activity of investigated protective enzymes that is characteristic for an exhaustive phase of adaptation of organisms to toxic influence.

EVALUATION OF TOXIC AND MUTAGENIC FEATURES OF BOTTOM DEPOSITS OF URAL AND SAKMARA RIVERS IN THE AREA OF THE LARGE INDUSTRIAL CENTER (ORENBURG) [№ 12 ' 2006]
In the bottom deposits of Ural and Sakmara rivers in the area of the large industrial center – Orenburg the presence of substances able to exert toxic and mutagenic influence on test objects was determined. Presence of such substances in grounds is indicative of a source of chronic pollution of rivers in the surveyed area. Comparison of data obtained on toxicogenetic tests using Chlorella vulgaris, Allium cepa, Drozophila melanogaster indicated that level and scope of mutagenic pollution of bottom deposits are changing depending from the term and place of sampling.
