THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ACTIVITY OF THE LOCAL INFLAMMATORY, IMMUNE AND PROLIFERATIVE PROCESSES IN THE PATHOGENESIS OF PROLIFERATIVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY [№ 12 ' 2015]
Currently discussed the significance of the activity of the inflammatory process, immune response, imbalance of cytokines and other biologically active substances in the mechanisms of the development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. However, many aspects of the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy remain insufficiently studied. In addition the relationship between the activity of the inflammatory process, vascular proliferation and disorders of the immune response in the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy are debated and require in-depth study. In the study was established the importance of the local inflammatory and proliferative processes and activation of the immune response in the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy, what is confirmed by the presence in the vitreous significantly higher concentrations of interleukin 4, 6, 8, 17A, vascular endothelial growth factor, monocyte chemotactic protein-1, transforming growth factor-beta 2, growth factor pigment epithelium and sIgA. Statistically analysis found presence correlative relationship between markers the reflecting activity immune inflammatory and proliferative processes [VEGF and TGF-β2 (r = 0.46, p < 0.05); VEGF and IL-17A (r = 0.45, p < 0.05); VEGF and IL-8 (r = 0.45, p < 0.05); PEDF and IL 17A (r = 0.48, p < 0.05); PEDF and IL-8 (r = 0.58, p < 0.05); IL-17A and IL-8 (r = 0.59, p < 0.05); IL-17A and IL-4 (r = 0.62, p < 0.05); IL-8 and IL-4 (r = 0.71, p < 0.01), and others]. The findings suggest an association between the development of local immuno-inflammatory and proliferative processes in the mechanisms of development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.

INFLUENCE OF HEAVY OIL ON THE ECOLOGICAL STATE OF SOIL AND GROUNDWATER AFTER THE TERMINATION OF THE COMPANY [№ 10 ' 2015]
Oil and petroleum products are the most common contaminants of human origin in the environment. Some authors consider that at low levels of oil pollution, from 0.06 to 1.22 %, the establishment of uniform permissible residual oil concentrations in soils is impossible, since it depends on many factors. Suslonov A.V. for the first time found that oil pollution of soil 1–20-year-old leads to changes in floristic composition and reduce total aboveground plant biomass is 2.2 times the total projective cover 1.7 times. Also found that oil production affect the state of the small rivers of Bashkortostan and the Orenburg region.

The mechanical activity of the stomach, duodenum and ascending colon were recorded in acute experiments in 29 rabbits. The distal part of the vagus nerve was electrically stimulated in intact animals and on the serotonin adipate background. It was shown that serotonin enhances motor vagal reactions, increasing both intensity and in some cases the duration. Concluded that between serotoninergic structures that regulate the motility of the gastrointestinal tract and parasympathetic portion of the autonomic nervous systemthe functional interaction exists.
